Whataburger

GREAT PLACE TO EAT. The only one in Florida close to the place in Woking by, the place was super clean and I was surprised it was empty, I'm guessing it's not that popular in Florida. I drove 45 minutes just to eat here because this place reminds me of the good food in my home state of Texas (dallas). The order was super quick plus they bring you the food to your table so you don't have to wait in the front like in other places.
It's a real shame that they only have a few locations in FL up north by the state line we need one in Miami where I'm living now. But if you want to try a Texas local style burger come try this place

I have been going to this one since 2005. They are consistent and always get your order correct. (At least for me) But I have moved to Atlanta (2010) where there is no Whataburger and wish they would open one here. I could go for a chocolate malt right now.

I once drove a thousand miles for a what a burger from Virginia to Ft Walton Beach on a weekend. Turned around and went back home. This trip was only a 160 miles to get there over a Sunday night. The burger and milkshake were the bomb😀. The staff were awesome also. I wish they would bring them back to Orlando to save me some gas lol

My first time ever coming to Whataburger and I will definitely be going back! First off, customer service was stellar. I can’t verify but the cashier’s name on my receipt was Jamee B. She was so nice and patient with me as I looked at the menu. She repeated my order at the intercom and at the window to verify everything was correct. Granted it’s 1am and most people don’t want to be bothered with at this time of night. She was so pleasant and polite! Lets not forget how fresh and wonderful the food was! EVERYTHING was hot and delicious. Us night time nurses appreciate you being open 24/7!

I don't usually go to Whataburger. This was maybe my 3rd time. First time to this one on cnty Rd 220. Anyways, food was great. But that is not what made me write this review. I am writing this to praise the young girl who took our order. I am not sure of her name. My receipt says Jordan H. She was so awesome. So very exceptionally pleasant! After each thing she said I think she said my pleasure. Anyway, I would go back just for her upbeat awesome personality. She should be a manager if not already and training others to be like her.

Always consistent in preparation and presentation. Good service as long as they aren't busy. Still have a great breakfast, wish it was all day. Only issue in last two years is over cooking the fried chicken once in a while.

Best burger joint, hands down! The quality of burger you get is so worth the price. Spicy ketchup? Yes please! My wife loves their milk shake. The Whataburger in Fleming Island is also super clean. If you've never been, give it a try.

Great place. The cashier was helping an older couple in the line ahead of me they wanted coffee a 3:30 in the afternoon. She went above and beyond helping them and brewed fresh coffee went to table to tell them it was brewing got water for them as they waited. Then was great to me also. Her name was Maria B. My order # was 228341 . Thanks Maria

I've only ever gone to this Whataburger at night time (after 10pm), usually on my way home from work. The staff is always super polite and always willing to help you out with the little stuff. Also, the food seems to taste a lot better at this location and the presentation of the food is a lot better as well. It doesn't look like it was thrown together in a hurry at all. So, great people, great food, A+ :)

This place was fantastic, the general manager Jake was a real help with the whole deal of having to come in, order and find a seat. Of course a store is only as good as its employees, and this place was chalk full of the finest cooks, cashiers and janitors the like. 10 outa 10, would recommend.

Awesome food! Our family's huge order was prepared perfectly and amazingly fast. The portion sizes can't be matched, and the new salted caramel shakes are to die for!!!

I had a rental car, and it was on empty when I first got it. So because I had plenty of gas when it was time to return it, I decided to drive like 90 miles from Port Orange to this location just to burn out the gas that wasn't used. I never been to a Whataburger before and there isn't one near me so I had to try it out. Now, the food may not be much different from your local McDonald's or Burger King, but I have to admit that the customer service is one of the best I've been to! Very friendly staff, very customer oriented, and on top of that, they overheard us driving all the way from Port Orange just for this restaurant and we got nice free cup souvenirs! I have to admit the service here is the best in any fast food joint I've been to! I will likely stop by here next time I'm in Jacksonville for any reason!

Ok, so the line in the drive-thru may be a little slow sometimes, but I don't mind the wait when the food is this good. And the employees, come on! Do they go through vigorous training to be the kindest, most likable people ever? I always leave there with a smile on my face, and the desire to be a better person. That is, until I hit 220 traffic. It's a vicious cycle.

I don't know what to say, but I love this place. The patty melt is divine. I LOVE IT! Their spicy ketchup is yummy and unique. Understand that eating a patty melt is not anything about eating healthy. It is all about eating a sandwich that is all about delicious. Lol. Check one out.

First timer. Hubby took me here for my lunch break at work. Super polite manager & employees. Food was freah. Maybe that's why it could have been a little hotter. Other than that the food was delicious. Onions rings weren't greasy. Impressed. Yummy.

Went there after visiting a family member at the hospital. Started crying at the window and the lady was sweet and started talking to me to take my mind off of it which made me feel so much better. Great customer service, to say the least, and the food was hot (as well as fresh) and delicious.

Very good visit and Maria was extra special! Not only was she extra pleasant but she took the extra step to get me something. I asked for and even one of the other customers asked for something and she was right there to assist and yet also took care of the new people come in. Thanks Maria

Very clean, fast & friendly service. Food was hot and fresh. Have to give kudos to the young man that helped us today. He was extremely pleasant and helpful. Gabriel N. should be commended. Great employee!

The awkward manager meeting in the corner was far outweighed by the amazing food quality and service level. The manager in the corner was loudly berating her supervisors during a meeting and threatening to write them up for infractions. Taquitos were dank and I tried not to make faces behind this unfit manager's back.
