The Bonsai - A Modern Motor Court

Very nice room and great price. The room was very clean and comfortable. The room smelled wonderful. It's in a very nice location as well. I would highly recommend taking a short walk around the corner along the Indian River Lagoon and watching the Dolphins and Manatees swim as well as see the Osprey nests and the baby chicks. That was a really nice way to start the day. There is also a very nice public fishing pier right down the street that is beautiful. I was very impressed with my stay here and will certainly be back.

We had a cruise going out from Cape Canaveral. This is a convenient location. The rates were reasonable and impeccably clean! We did look at rooms at 2 other local hotels and they didn’t compare when charging comparable prices. The rooms are stylish and look like newly remodeled airbnb.

Modern, family owned. Free laundry, wifi, cable tv, Keurig and pods, microwave, air fryer (last 3 are communal in a nice setting) and a small, but bigger-than-most, fridge/freezer in the room.

Andrea, the owner, is very nice and accommodating. Excellent communicator! Highly recommend! We plan to come back.

Quaint little place with a fresh approach to managing a property of this vintage and size. Best rates by calling them directly. Staff were wonderful and very helpful. I would most definitely stay there again!

I stayed at the Bonsai for 2 months and it was a wonderful place. The owners are wonderful. The property manager is such a kind gentleman. And it was a pleasure to stay there. Rooms are clean.
Payment was simple and I would definitely suggest to say here in the future. Hopefully this helps..

My husband was in the area for work recently and stayed here for two nights after having an emergency in the middle of the night with no where to go. They were able to get him a room at 4 am with a super convenient check in process over the phone. Very friendly people. The room was clean and very affordable.

This place is newly remodeled, super clean, modern, service is phenomenal, on-site maintenance technician, Andrea is great to work with and she exceeded all my expectations, had my room ready in almost no time considering that I booked same day!!!

I'm currently staying here. The rooms are newly renovated and really comfy. The owners really care about the comfort of your stay here.They'll clean your room once a week if you want. They respect your privacy, free onsite laundry. It's quite clean and they dont have ridiculous rules here. I highly recommend this place.

I stayed at the Bonsai inn while I worked on Patrick SFB for about a year on and off. The Host was very nice and they took great care of their rooms & the facility, plus the beds are very comfortable 👍. Free laundry was a bonus. Close drive to Beach & plenty of restaurants makes this an ideal location. I will be staying here again on my next visit to Fla.

This is Brevard’s best kept secret for a “motor lodge.” (tell someone that term and they look at you like you have 3 heads) it’s quaint, quiet and the perfect location for amenities and convenience for the space coast. Larry the on-site representative is friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful. The owner Andrea is very nice and the staff do an excellent job of maintaining the rooms for cleanliness and convenience. Well kept and fully renovated. Don’t pay for those multistory over priced hotels stay at the Bonsai. No I don’t work there or know them personally.

I stayed here from 10/2021-12/2022. I could not find a quieter place. I am a lite sleeper and this place was perfect. The owners are always on top of everything and very nice. This was truly my home away from home and I will definitely miss my quiet and peaceful nights. I HIGHLY recommend staying here. Always found nice people to chat with too! Cozy and comfortable!

I stayed for about 2 months had a very good experience, I enjoyed my stay, very clean rooms and grounds, I really enjoyed the company of the people that I met Andrea and Nick were great very easy to communicate with Larry was always there to help and so much fun to hang around, I was there through 2 hurricanes and felt very safe, Met some really great people there Jay, Ron, Jeff, Kelly, (Homer) Arron and Jeremy were all great people. I am a travel nurse and have stayed several places but I made memories at this one and would definitely stay again when in the area.

I can’t say nothing but good things about this place it is comfortable and super clean it’s a very home like feel .

What a great experience, I spent seven weeks there and not one problem to report. The rooms are spotlessly clean furnished beautifully ( I didn't realize that Andrea was an interior designer until reading the other reviews, but now it makes sense). There's on site maintenance should you need it, just ask Larry, although I didn't have any issues we spoke now and then and he comes across as a real nice guy. Take a walk along the Indian river it's well worth it, there's also a park fairly close that's worth a visit. Two minutes drive and you'll find supermarkets, restaurants a couple of bars everything you'll need. Great place, great owners what else can I say, awesome.

I have stayed at The Bonsai several times and each time was a wonderful experience. I love the retro vibe and simple, yet nicely furnished rooms and most of all is that it is exceptionally clean, inside and out!
Andrea, Nick & Larry always go above and beyond to make sure your stay is pleasant and comfortable.

Such an unexpected diamond in the ruff!! These owners really care about customer satisfaction and providing the best possible service! Clean room with every possible afterthought!! Advil is in the vending machine which says it all!! They care and they are incredible owners!! Work people are here and so comfortable!! Ok, this place delivers so much more then you expected!! I will tell you $250.00 a night for garbage is not this place!!!

Clean unique, neat & spacious rooms for long term stay. I really enjoyed my time. It’s an easy place to commute & to get to places quickly. I was pleased by the exceptional staff & greatly appreciate them for running such a neat quiet place. I mostly enjoyed my short/long walks down the river. Thank you so much for my stay, greatly appreciated.

Stopped off at The Bonsai during a bike tour down to the Florida Keys and spent 2 nights here waiting for the rain to pass. So much to like about this little motel! Great location for getting to many stores nearby. Very clean room with an amazing shower and the best bath towel I've ever used. The Indian River is just a very short walk down the adjacent road and is a beautiful place to sit and watch for wildlife or for a gorgeous sunset. The husband and wife owner team are also exactly the type of people that should be supported. So kind and friendly! They even have a little outdoor common kitchen area that was a godsend for me. Avoid the big hotels! Stay here, you won't be disappointed. So happy I was able to find this place!

A wonderful experience - clean x 1000 = even the outdoor porch liight glass was clean! All new everything in my room with modern furniture and a great TV! Beautifully tiled floors and bathroom not the slick slippery kind either. And, yes, the towels are large, fluffy & soft; the sheets are soft & smooth. The bed was beyond comfortable. I am getting the mattress brand and buying one for my own bedroom! The room A/C was powerful and quiet. Parking was right outside my door. The door lock was a personalized security code that you create! Neighbors were quiet. The owners were incredibly helpful and friendly. The river is only a block away if you love sunrises. I definitely will be back!
