Clean, bright, new-looking building and facilities. Large, open interior with lots of space. Friendly, helpful staff offering good service. Good parking outside.

Clean. HOT food. Fast service. Great sweet tea. Friendly staff. Little chilly at first but warmed up as people came in. And the best way to rate MD's is by their fries...fries get a 4.5 /5... cook a smidge longer.

Clean and affordable. Our family of 7 just ate here before the final leg of our homeward journey on a vacation. Good job, friendly McDonald's!

Great location for a pit stop on our road trip. Very clean. Kind employees. Great service. A play place for the kids. It was even nicely decorated for Christmas.

Great local joint to just stop in and get some breakfast. Ate 3 McMuffins and 4 hashbrowns with a side bottle of water. Oh and a chicken McBiscuit. Really tasty and fueled me for my long drive. I will definitely be coming back here—hold me to it!

Honestly everyone has good and bad experiences at Micky D'Souza. This one was excellent!!! My Big Macs were hot, had a good amount of sauce, wasn't dry, and actually looked very close to the advertised picture. I got 4. They didn't charge me for 4 extra sauces they put into little containers for me. I thought they still had the packets. The fries were hot, crisp, and salted just right. Staff was very polite and accommodated my special request with a smile 😃

Stopped here for a rest stop. Cleanest McDonald's and cleanest public restroom I've ever experienced. WOW

Nicest McDs I've been in a long time. Food was quick, employees were pleasant, and they had the cleanest bathroom I've seen on a road trip in a long time.

This is the only McDonald's location that has never messed up an order. The daytime staff are especially top notch.

It was clean and the food was fresh and hot. Also the first time ever the cheese was on the center of my fish and the tarter sauce was not running out of my sandwich. Good job. I appreciate all your employees hard work.

Took the kids there after our trip to Kings Dominion. The food was great The french fries were cooked perfect, which that's a hit and miss with most McDonald's but they were nice and golden and crispy and tasted great. Not soggy whatsoever.

Omg! Best McDonald's I had visited in years. I'm from NJ and I have yet to find one here that still puts ketchup and mustard on a burger.
This was great! They did it here at this one in VA., And the place was clean, and they brought food to your table. The staff was friendly and accommodating too.

I haven’t been a huge fan of any McDonalds for a long time. On our way home it’s where the family chose to eat…… the dining room was clean, the service was friendly and our meal was hot and correct! I will definitely give this location another visit! Now if they can get our local McDonalds up to these standards, it would be great!
