want the world to know that "The Sleep Center", In Panama City Florida, is a "GEM". I recently had back surgery, and went to get a new mattress and box spring. I went in with a friend, and found myself a new family, Jeff, was so "SUPER" he was AWESOME!!!! He explained ever thing down the color and the material of the mattress maker, Very knowledgeable, and Professional..
Then, these 2 handsome young men came brought my purchase to my residence, and "WOW" They Blew Me Aback!!!! Handsome Professional, and also "GREAT EYE-CANDY" (CUTE) Matthew and Coby. They remove the old, and brought out, and the new was brought in. The was careful about touching items in my house and knocking over anything, they were just pleasant. I want to Thank the Owner and Manager hiring such Professional
Staff, that is so caring, understanding of the customers needs. The staff should be honored,

Rage was Awesome, Outstanding and Very knowledgeable. I couldn't sleep right for years but after his recommendation I slept like a baby and almost cried. This place is truly amazing and I rank them in the highest rating.

We visited 5 stores. The Sleep Center had the best service, by far. Lauren was very helpful and patient with all of our questions. She was also very knowledgeable of all beds in the store. The prices were great, too. I would absolutely recommend this store.

We have bought several mattresses and beds here over the last 10 years. When we moved here and again after Hurricane Michael. Service is always great. Most recently we purchased a Murphy bed from Jeff. Top Notch transaction. They also give military/veteran discount which is substantial on a nice matress.

Great team, reasonable prices, amazing turnaround and service!

I visited family in town and we found ourselves short two beds. I showed up with a small trailer on a Sunday and drove off within a matter of minutes with two twin XLs, box frames, bed frames and mattress protectors at a price I was happy with.

The staff worked well together, and helped me get everything secured on the trailer.

The beds turned out GREAT and will serve us well in future visits.

Good price on great mattress. Told them what I was looking for, and they found it in clearance items. Delivery, I thought, was a bit high, but realistically, with prices skyrocketing on everything, it was fair. The guys were on time and in and out with a quickness. Ill be back.

Excellent Customer Service. All any business has to offer is Service. We were looking for a wall bed for a small guest room. Spoke to Jeff on phone. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable of his products, gave us exacting details over the phone, sent multiple photos by text and gave us the manufacturer's website for more details. We called back, ordered and paid over the phone and it was delivered in 2 days, free of charge. Classic example of old fashioned customer service integrated into this new norm we are faced with. Its the best service I've seen in years!! Wonderful and very surprising transaction! Thanks Jeff!!

I find it refreshing to have a company hold the kind of quality customer service that Sleep Center carries. Outstanding, Professional, Knowledgeable, Courteous team members throughout the entire process. I did have a problem with my first bed but was treated like it was not a issue. INSTEAD the team members made me feel like they wanted to help fix the problem to accommodate my needs. I will NEVER buy another bed from somewhere else.

Excellent experience all around! True in store excellent shopping experience. Great value, clean. My sales person was efficient, kind to my needs, professional and knowledgeable. My delivery was very fast! I experienced the same professional hard work & kindness. It’s horrible to experience a 1-2 star business when something bad happens. Jeff and Tom were absolutely amazing. My wife and I went in to look at a new mattress and we ended up buying a whole new set. We originally dealt with Jeff on Saturday. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He took us around to different beds and was able to answer all of our questions about every single one. We got a quote from Jeff and went home to think about it. The next day we went back to try the mattress again just to make sure and that's when we met Tom. Super nice, super friendly, also very knowledgeable. When this place says no pressure sales they mean no pressure. Not once did I feel like I was at a car lot being pushed into a higher model that I didn't want or couldn't afford. I gave them 5 stars because of Jeff and Tom but if I had one knock it would be that it's going to take 10 to 12 days to get my new bed. Other than that great job guys!

If you are looking for a mattress, this is the place. They have been in business for many years. Their customer service is great. Mitch Jackson, Manager, is knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and a great representative of the company. We ordered a mattress and had to cancel two days later. No problem. Mitch said to just stop by and a check for the refund would be waiting for us. We own two condos in Panama City Beach and would never go anywhere else to purchase mattresses. Have been customers of The Sleep Center for many years.

I walked in looking for a new Murphy Bed for my daughter at nearly 6 PM. I was greeted by the sales staff, although busy with other customers. I waited no less than 3 minutes and was met by who I believe is the owner (Commercials makes me assume this). The service was nothing less than exceptional. At no point did I feel pushed into making a purchase. Although they had been open the entire day, the store was neat, clean, organized and well kept. Every item was even priced, which made me more comfortable that I did not have to "guess". First experience with them, absolutely will be back even though I did not buy today.

I absolutely love The Sleep Center... my last three mattresses were purchased here as well as numerous pillows and sheet sets. The shopping experience was so easy and professional-- these people really know their products! Within a few minutes we narrowed our choices down to a handful of mattresses. It was actually fun laying on them and feeling the differences. I never thought mattress buying would be so interesting but like I said, they are VERY knowledgeable about the products as well as the companies. It really was like having my own personal mattress expert there in the store with me. And the delivery was spot-on, too. I wondered who would be showing up at my door but every time they have been the nicest, most pleasant delivery people. They let me choose the day and time and then called to let me know they were on their way. Exceptional product and service all the way around. Love this place!
