We searched and searched several stores looking for the perfect dining room table and chairs. We found the perfect table and chairs at Hanks. The salesman Bill was very helpful and answered all our questions. We even went back a few times to make sure our table would match other furniture in our house. Bill was always very patient with us. We highly recommend Hank’s Fine Furniture.

Bill was informative, patient, and friendly. The process was very smooth. I felt welcome and not pressured to buy. We found a great clearance deal for our living room. Will definitely return!

We are building a home in Pretty Bayou, Kings Point, Panama City… and needed to furnish it …we went to several different furniture stores…one of them was Hanks Furniture…We didn’t buy anything as we were still looking around…I have to be honest and say that I was so impressed with Ethan, our Sales guy when we went there and this is why we ended back at Hanks..He was polite, and very knowledgeable and he is the reason we decided to spend over 21,000 in furniture. Mark, the floor manager was also amazing and between the two of them, we could not have been more pleased with the service we received. What a great experience and would recommend this store to everyone!

We visited Hank's FF Panama City and purchased a bedroom suit for a guest room. Ethan was our store representative, who did an outstanding job. He was patient, easy to talk to, and was clearly interested in making sure were comfortable with our purchase and the delivery process. He followed up a couple of weeks later just to make sure that we didn't have any concerns that needed to be addressed. This was our first purchase from Hank's, but it won't be the last. We bought a custom couch from them and unfortunately the maker went out of business. They handled it extremely well and offered to give us a refund which made me comfortable working with them. Ethan our sales rep has excellent and always followed up like he said he would. We ended up buying another couch from him and will buy from him again!

We bought a reclining sofa, 2 reclining loveseats, 2 end tables and 2 lamps on Labor Day. Scott Rankin met us at the door. We told him what we were looking for. He took us to the exact items we wanted. He was knowledgeable about the furniture. He was friendly and not pushy. We asked for some time alone to discuss the purchase. He gave us the perfect amount of time and came back as soon as we were finished talking. He made us feel like valued customers. His salesmanship, attitude and loyalty to Hank's Fine Furniture was outstanding. He should be a very valued employee!

My husband and I had a great purchasing experience at Hank's. After searching online for months for a customizable leather sectional, we enjoyed being able to go in the Hank's showroom, sit on the pieces and see fabrics in person. Our salesperson, Scott, was knowledgable and answered all of our questions. I was also quite impressed with the delivery team who were very careful when putting beds together in my children's room and setting up our sofa.

Our Salesperson Ethan took us "under his wing"..and provided needed assistance with bedroom sets, financing, credit card opportunity, etc., etc. He was very helpful... and provided a lot of his expertise during our time there. Stopped in to check out the labor day sale. Just started to look for new living room furniture. First place we stopped. A young man named Mark promptly introduced himself. We thought he'd be your typical sales agent... Push and annoying. BUT MARK WAS NOT . Very nice young man, knowledgeable. We walked around, he saw us stop and look at mattresses, he came over and very quickly described the sale going on, we told him na, just looking. He went on his way. We ended up falling in love with a sectional. We called Mark over and he answered all our questions, grabbed a tape measure, explained warranty . helped us decide. Wasn't pushy. We ended up purchasing a very nice sectional and I think we'll be back for a chair. But give it a try. Nice store, lots of beautiful furniture. The leather selection is fantastic. The sale they have going on right now is great. Thanks Mark for making a stressful situation ( buying new furniture is a big deal) a calm, fun experience. Good Job!!

Scott Rankin was very courteous and professional he expressed both concern and care during the process. He had great knowledge of furniture sets. He wasn't pushy. We had all the time in the world to make a financial decision. We will return for future visits with Scott.

My wife and I have come here multiple times to buy furniture. I do admit we go to other furniture stores before hand (like everyone one of them) to check out their inventory but ultimately we end up just going back to Hank's Fine Furniture because the selection and quality seems to be our favorite. We have bought bought a $2000 couch and we have bought a $500 couch and the quality on both were great.

We were needing new furniture for the living room and dining room, plus a new mattress and box spring for our king size bed. I’ve shopped at home place for years and never had an issue with quality. So obviously homeplace was my go to. My husband and I went into the Panama City location and were greeted by Ethan. He was an absolute joy to work with, even when I constantly changed my mind about what I wanted. Ethan even met me at the store, on his day off, because I had once again changed my mind on one of the pieces. I highly recommend Hanks and definitely ask for Ethan!!
