I want to commend Jack at Home Depot for consistently providing exceptional service. Jack is not only quick to assist me, but he's also incredibly smart and precise in addressing my needs. His dedication to helping customers deserves recognition, and I believe he should be considered for a raise or promotion. Thank you, Jack, for your outstanding and efficient support! I will keep coming to Home Depot because of him!

Jack was immediately helpful with a great attitude, willing to help right away. They make it so easy here for online orders, just go to online pick up, let them know the order number and BOOM, they’re on it! A great team here at the Home Depot.

Always get my home improvement supplies here. Love the new rug we got there. I always find what I need. Only complain would be that, for some reason most of the time, the app does not work inside the store. I don't know if it's some strategy to force people to get help from employees. It is not the internet since other apps work fine in the store. But other than that, nothing else. The locations of the product in the store are pretty accurate. As long as I pull it up before going in the store. The employees are very knowledgeable about the products and their location. On top of all, they have military discount. I would say that the should have some sort of account connected to your phone number and to you military discount. Anyway excellent service and support.

Home Depot is my go to for garden supplies, hardware, lighting, paint and even cleaning supplies. I like being able to shop online and pickup either in store or have them bring it to your car. Very convenient when recovering from foot surgery.

The garden center is just amazing. Whether you want a starter plant or a 10 foot tall, mature, fiddle leaf fig, I love visiting weekly so I can see some other most popular and trending plants as they show up in the greenhouse.

This store is awesome I found everything I needed thanks to the help of Tanya and another associate in the plumbing department. I also got great service from the associate at the customer service and the cashier, both men were knowledgeable and did a great job!! I also was able to meet Buddy the Elf, Santa and his helper. FUN FUN I will definitely be back!!

We has an issue with a custom order and Jessi in the millworks department went above and beyond to take care of us. Both her and Chris are very knowledgeable and their customer service is superior! If you are ever in need of custom ordered doors or windows, go and see those pros!

Very helpful employees. I had to stop going to Lowe's because you could never find an employee to help and when you did, they acted bothered to help. Alot of employees standing around at customer service desk on phones or arguing with people even customers. Home Depot was a way better experience and very professional.

Great deal on mulch and I found some cute colorful cactus.

Mac was awesome 💯 He helped us find the right part an was very helpful answering a lot of questions! He had knowledge on stuff we didn't even think about for our project. Honestly though we almost had to make a trip to the beach location for the parts we needed an he located the part an right as we got close to the door he flagged us down an had the right part which was awesome saved us an extra trip after going to 2 other places already. He helped us get every part we needed an even the ones we didn't know about. Super happy that we didn't have to make an extra trip and that we got it all in one stop, all thanks to Mac!!!! Very greatful big thanks Mac

They do awesome but need more 60v Dewalt tools on shelf

Large store with good selection of hardware, tools and many many other items. Everything from lawn and garden to everything you need to build a house. Good location with easy access and abundant parking. Love those Milwaukee and Ryobi sales, and many other items, has become my go to place for the do it yourself.

If you need paint ask for Daisy she is very polite smiles a lot and is very knowledgeable

Great and helpful. I needed to replace an Echo Dot that went missing during my recent move. I knew they had 3 for 19.99 each. I went to thr paint desk and ssked the man if he knew where they were. He looked up exact isle and we chatted . How welcoming he was and he saved me hours of aimlessly wandering

Patrick honestly is the coolest employee I’ve ever dealt with in my 22 years of life. I told him I was trying to breed crickets and this man googled stuff.. researched things.. and we went shopping together pretty much around the entire store to look for stuff to make 1000 crickets happy bugs. He told me some stories and honestly he reminded me of my dad.. and my dad also works at Home Depot and around the same age. I love Patrick. He’s a very good worker and a very good person! Give him a raise :)

Patrick with the Christmas Trees was awesome. Great friendly service and he goes out of his way to ensure customer satisfaction. Only place in town that has Xmas trees that are taller than 6ft. Good selection of trees but they won’t last long. Great service with Patrick!

This review is for a gentleman that works in the customer service department. His name is Elijah. I've come to Home Depot many times in the last couple months and I've had several problems with a couple different employees at work there them being argumentative them being negative or them just not wanting to be helpful and do their job. Mr Elijah every time that I've run into a bad employee he was the one that I ended up going to next and every time he's come through 100% doing anything and everything he can to help me find what I needed get what I needed and the most fastest and efficient way possible. He was Superior in courtesy , very respectful and very professional. I don't leave reviews about people much but this gentleman deserves to be noted that he is making Home Depot shine he's one of the main reasons why I come back to the Panama City Home Depot or I'll be going to Lowe's and I hate Lowe's.
