Kroger

I left this review yesterday for the Starbucks outside of Kroger in error. Tiffany and Joszi were outstanding! I was really trying to leave a tip since the App would not allow me to leave one. They were both very graceful in letting me know that tips were not accepted at this location. I sure hope that I run into you both in another location so I can give monetary appreciation for exceeding service expectations!!!

Not sure what you guys are putting in your balloons or the method in which you do it, but great job 👍🏼
I bought this balloon on March 31st, 63 days ago.
It's still going strong.
I really don't know what else to say, I'm impressed.

I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews of this store, I've always had good service when I've shop at this particular store. I especially want to give a shout out to Rod who always helps me out with the handicapped scooters. He always makes sure that I get one and that it's in working order. You don't know what that means to a disabled person. Thank you Rod for your kindness and your help! It's very much appreciated!!

Anyone I have ever talked to has always been nice. Clean inside, great options, shelves are always well stocked.

Always a good experience at Kroger. They don't carry everything I need, like ethnic and international foods, but I love their selection of produce.

Thomas in Bakery saved my daughter’s and her girlfriend’s birthday party! He was our HERO of the day (Jan 27, 2023). We originally ordered a custom cake online for pick up. When we arrived for pick up, he said his cake maker accidentally thought it was for the next day. He had us choose any cake he had on hand and he’d write on it. No charge. Thank you so much Thomas!!!!!! We still had a beautiful cake and an amazing birthday celebrations!

Amazing Flower Shop!
I love their flower shop so much. The flowers are fresh, vibrant colors and well arranged. The prices are reasonable. Overall they are much better than Harris Teeter’s in price and quality.

It has officially been one year since I moved to Chesapeake. This Kroger has been my go to ever since. They are always clean and for the most part well stocked. Sure they run out of items here and there but there is usually a supply chain issue that is out of their control (says the business student). Their staff is always friendly and I love the energy of their team meetings in the produce section. I have a gluten sensitivity and a dairy allergy. Kroger has a great selection on GF and Vegan products that actually taste good.
Also, I decided to switch my prescriptions over from Walgreens. Grocery store pharmacies tend to be cheaper than stand alone pharmacies. The pharmacy tech who assisted me was pleasant and went the extra mile to ask if there were any I was at risk of running out of.
Thank you Kroger and associates for all that you do. :)

This store was conveniently located right by the bridge that was open at the time I needed to get through so it was a good time to stop by and get some lunch knowing that Kroger makes fresh sushi. Just as expected, I found freshly made sushi that I liked. Price it good. Also there is a Starbucks store right inside the store. Got my usual coffee which tasted even better than I expected! And they do accept the app payment (when some places like this don’t). Chopsticks and soy sauce is also available right by the sushi section. Perfectly timed to get what I needed and get to the bridge when it was ready to go. Great experience!

Shouting out the Starbucks employee working on the morning of 1/2/22. The stand alone Starbucks nearby was closed so there was an influx of customers, however this young lady remained polite and timely. Wait was minimal and she remained calm despite what I assume was an unusually long line for a Starbucks in Kroger.

Has everything u could need. Store is always clean and we'll stocked. Parking lot may seem small but I always find a spot. And love the scan and go so I'm not wasting time at checkout.

Very clean and very nice competitive prices for products in the surrounding area. Use to be the old farm fresh and now it’s a Kroger. Their chicken is fresh and taste better then.....we’ll i don’t want to say it lol. But all in all it’s a great place :)

My first time there. Really colorful, bright, and clean. Food was well presented. Layout makes sense. Lots of parking. Quick in and out.

New store, just perused it today. Liked bakery, green grocery, and meats. The rest of the store looks nice, but will take time to get acclimated as to where everything is.
