Love love love new car. It was absolutely immaculate, and Jared couldn’t possibly have been more helpful!! He’s absolutely the most knowledgeable snd low pressure car salesman I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. If buying a car and dealing with carsalesmen makes you as anxious as it makes me. Look Jared up. He not only knows Mazdas he’s apparently very knowledgeable on all makes and models of their used cars too. He even took extra time the next time I came back to sit with me and go over all the details of the car and set any options I couldn’t figure out!!!

Was looking for a bigger vehicle than my Jeep Patriot and my boyfriend found this one online. Looked great in the pics online so we went to check it out. A big relief was that it was nice in person too. It was used and had a really tiny hardly noticeable dent in a door and a really tiny crack in the windshield. That was the only issues we seen. The crack we got filled and the dent ain’t even noticeable unless you look for it or if someone points it out. It had a good price for a platinum armada. If I remember right with tax tag and title included it was like 22 grand but I can’t remember for sure. The person who helped was nice and friendly and worked with my boyfriend to try and get it financed under the best deal possible and was helpful with questions. I can’t remember his name but he was a Russian man.

My Sales Specialist at John Lee Nissan was Jermal Tolver. From the momment my husband and I were greeted by him, the experience was both profession and pleasant. Jermal was so kind and helpful in answering all the questions I had and for the first time EVER, I never felt pressured or uncertain about my purchase. He found out right off what I wanted in a vehicle and helped us narrow down EXACTLY what I was looking for. His manager and his self also helped to negotiate my purchase price so that it fit more comfortably with my budget. I have never had a team be so willing to offer such seamless assistance. We were so happy with the assistance we received. Also, Jermal was right I the line when I had a question a few days later. I would not only recommend JLN but specifically, I’d sent them straight to Jermal. He was a true blessing to us.

I had a great experience at John Lee Nissan/Mazda thanks to Maddy Harper, the sales associate who assisted me. I received a very fair trade in price for my car and purchased a new car at a great price with no hassle. Maddy was friendly, professional and enthusiastic, without being a typically pushy car salesperson. This was the least stressful car buying experience I've had and I am very happy with the trade in and purchase transactions. It was an amazing first time buying a car!! Every person who works there was amazing to work with. No one was pushy or overbearing, they all were pleasant and welcoming!! The finance guy and my mom' s car salesman (Steve) were great, but Matt Shavers was over the top amazing. Matt treated me with respect and was open and honest. Extremely nice staff. They were eager to help me with my trade in and getting me the vehicle i wanted. They had super competitive prices and values to get the costumer exactly what they want/need. I had a wonderful experience buying my car from Certified Nationwide. After going to several dealerships and research online, I decided on a certain car and price I was willing to pay. Certified Nationwide found me the car I wanted and I was driving it within a week. The sales and finance personnel is extremely friendly and, I must admit, this has been the most pleasurable experience I ever had while buying a car. My experience was amazing! The staff was extremely nice, and they returned my phone calls immediately! They were really patient with all the questions I asked and they made me feel really comfortable through the whole process. They were not intimidating, they didn't come off as just wanting to sell me a car. They cared about ME and what I wanted. They provided options to my liking and showed extreme patience. They also remembered me and made me feel important. The staff is very friendly! I got a great deal, and I recommend them to everyone I show my new car to!!!!!!!!

What a great place to buy a car. I had a car accident, and was looking for another car. There were two people at my job that recommended nationwide to me so I looked into it. Debra helped me buy my car she was awesome and didn't apply ANY pressure on choosing a car and worked with me on my down payment. I would highly recommend this place. It wasn't just buying a car from a dealership it was creating a lifetime friendship and bond. I often get emails asking how my new car is or if i have any questions! They went over and beyond to make sure that i was satisfied with my new car!

My husband and I were looking to buy a truck and have been to several dealerships with no avail. Most of the sales people wouldn't show us any vehicles, just wanted to discuss financing? Worked with Matt Shavers on our new car purchase he was awesome! Went in looking for one type of vehicle and came back a week later and got something else. In between time he contacted me and let me know of a new vehicld that came in same type, but more my price range. Great salesmanship! !! I purchased a 2014 Town and Country van from Mark McDonald a few months ago. The purchase couldn't have gone smoother. Mark was great to work with.....not pushy, very knowledgeable, and a great help and comfort to someone who was buying her first vehicle from a car lot all on her own at 63. :) I have been very happy with the van and will definitely go to Certified Nationwide and Mark McDonald first the next time I shop for a vehicle.
