Ashley Store

After building a new home we needed some furniture. Our experience at the Panama City store was awesome. Our sales person, Christopher Murphy, was extremely knowledgeable but not pushy. On our first visit he showed us around and we wanted to go home to re-measure. He understood and asked that we contact him if we were coming back. We did and agreed to meet today. We bought what we wanted and Christopher was a champ. Thanks! It was also nice that the store manager Wes, took the time to speak with us and thank us for our business. Great experience, great store!

Christopher (Chris) Murphy was an amazing sales associate. After visiting 5 other furniture stores and either not finding something that fit our design/style or being overwhelmed by sale driven associates, my Wife and I were over the whole process and defeated.
Chris was very kind as soon as we walked in, and I think he could tell we were tired and hopeless. He did not swarm us. He actually gave us space to browse and discuss options and opinions together. As soon as he left we saw a bed that fit our ideas and got hopeful. We wondered the store and had 3 great choices, for beds and couches. I actually thought Chris forgot about us and mentioned his name in conversation, as i did he "just happened" 😉😉 to walk by to answer our question 😆. He insisted we try the furniture and take our time. From that point on, I noticed he was always near us, just wanted us to make ourselves comfortable and free to look at our own leisure.
We found a bed frame, nightstands, and couch that we really liked (at a great price!). What sold me on these items was Chris's knowledge. Without looking at any of the tags, he knew the name of every product we mentioned along with additions/ matching items. He listened to the colors we were using in our house and helped us find a matching living room lift-top table that my wife loved, but was not on display at this location.
It was a breath of fresh air to have such a great associate to work with and to have the freedom to look around without any additional pressure, especially since there were so many great options to weigh! At the very end, he showed us a great deal on a dining room table and chairs to match our furniture and told us end dates on current sale prices.

I think we will be back visiting Chris again pretty soon 😅

Wow! What a great experience! Found a better quality sofa at a lower price than I could’ve ever guessed. Excellent service from the service manager, Aaron. Super polite, helpful, and he could tell I was in a hurry so he worked with me to find what I needed quickly and easily. Highly recommend both the Store and Aaron!

I have spoken to Aaron White on the telephone and came into Ashley Furniture several times. Each time he was very professional and extremely helpful. Once we were ready to make our purchase he very helpful keeping us in our price range. We will definitely go back to Aaron for future furniture needs. He is most certainly an asset to Ashley Furniture!!

I went to the store to look for a couch that I saw online, and I wanted to check it out in person. They didn’t have it on display, but Aaron Wise helped me out and found another model with the same fabric that the one a liked, so I could feel it. Then, took me to another model that had the same shape and size that the one I saw online. His research and service made me feel more confident about my choice and purchase. Thanks Aaron!

We had our furniture delivered yesterday. Less than 2 weeks after purchase. We are 100% satisfied with our entire experience; from the outstanding salesman (Neil De La Bruere, Panama City store), to the courteous & professional 3 man delivery team that delivered & put together our furniture.

The delivery team was the most competent & respectful group of men I have ever experienced. Neil was absolutely amazing from the get go. You don't find many salesmen these days you feel you can trust, & that don't try to force products on you. Neil listened to what we wanted & helped us find it. He even made the shopping experience fun for our 4 year old son who was shopping with us.
If you are in the market for furniture, ask for Neil, you will not be disappointed! We will be choosing Ashley Furniture in Panama City (and Neil) for our future purchases!

Neil was outstanding in giving customer service and working specifically to our needs down to a T to make sure we got the best deal! After searching for a nice living room set, we came into the store 3 times and Leanne as well as Aaron welcomed us and gave us professionalism and great service as well!
