Fas Mart

I went to this location on this past Saturday. I haven’t been there in years. This is a great spot to get fried chicken and potato wedges. The cook was a great guy.

Order chicken livers for my mother. I decided to take a few home, just look at the picture below it says it all.
I gave 2 stars for the customer service that was the only good thing about the service.

Prices too high

Went to the store tonite to get chicken for dinner, around 6pm, they didn't have enough chicken to fill a 10 pc box ready so I asked if I could buy a some wings, she had 3. They cost $6.00 for 3 wings. If I wanted two thighs, another $5.00, what the hell? Asked was she cooking more for the night, said no, she turned the cookers off. Done for the night. Seriously? I drove 20 minutes out of my way to go there and this, horrible.

They have really gone down hill here. Chicken prices quite literally doubled and the service has been reduced to 25% of what it used to be. You’ll get better quality chicken for much cheaper at the KFC in Dahlgren.

And had “no chicken” at 5:15pm.

I called to get prices on fried chicken. The person that answered the phone did not have the information so she gave the phone to the Deli. The lady in the deli answered 2 questions indirectly and was not communicating the answers to my questions. She got angry and told me she didn't have time "for this" and that she had customers to wait on. I told her I understood that and asked if there was someone else there who could read the prices off of the list for me and she did not answer. She had laid the phone down and I could hear people talking in the background. Disappointing customer service. I have stopped in before and never had a bad experience.

They just rude,the fastmart employees are mean rude ,messy ah ¬ willing 2 help definitely needs a new store manager;&employees. Avoid at all cost.

I have never had a store tell me they wouldn't sell me 2 dozen chicken wings. They said that they could only do 10 pieces for $10. They refused my preorder of 24 pieces of chicken after they said no to my original request of 24 wings "Do you sell wings?" We sell 10 pieces of chicken." Does that include wings? "Yes" can I have 24 wings? "NO! WE SELL 10 PIECES OF CHICKEN! Ok may I order 20 pieces of chicken? NO I CANNOT SELL YOU THAT! WE ONLY SELL 10 PIECES FOR $10 " Ok, so can I please order 20 pieces of chicken for $20. "NO! ITS ONLY 10 FOR 10!" "OK thank you goodbye".

Stopped by to get a bottled water, the sign said 2 for $2.22 but the claimed it was for a different one even though the sign was were I got them from and charged me $3.56. Even though I pass by there several times a week occasionally stopping for gas and snacks if they are not going to make good on their mistakes then they have lost a customer

Bought a Cue product for $21.05 which does not work. I believe it's defective and I was not allowed to either exchange for another one or return it. Avoid dealing with this gas station at all cost. Not trustable.

Not a big fan of the staff here. Probably the worst Fas Mart I've been in.
