Opened a personal account today with Priscilla. She has been the go to person when I have banking questions. As a business owner and having a business account with them, it's always great to have someone that can help when you need help or just having questions to bounce around. She has made my life easier when trying to get a task done! Just give her a call and you won't be disappointed.

We opened a checking account and purchased a CD today. We worked with Priscilla and she was absolutely the best. We left feeling great about our selection of banks as we just moved to Panama City Beach.

Working with Heather and her team was the easiest experience I have had with a bank. They welcomed us with warm smiles, had all the paperwork ready for our visit, and answered all our questions. It felt like we had worked and know them for years after our first visit to the branch. Priscella is great to work with with. She answers all of my questions and follows up with any questions that I still have. I highly recommend the personal service that First Federal provides and the training that they have obviously had with their staff. Clint has also been a joy to work with. He has a heart for non-profits and out mission. He promptly returns phone calls as does all First Federal Staff. I could continue to list other staff members of First Federal that are kind and caring toward their clients.

Priscilla Hagler is an awesome banker. She is very personable and friendly, yet professional and knowledgeable at the same time. She goes out of her way to assist her clients. She is quick to respond to messages and voicemails. I am very impressed by her customer service.

I went to open up an account today at First Federal Bank at the corner of Richard Jackson and Hutchinson St. Priscilla Hagler was the one to help me open the account. She was super nice and very helpful. All the people working there were very polite and professional. Definitely recommend working with people like this who treat people the right way.

I could not be happier with the 5 star service from First Federal Bank for my business banking. After years of banking with a large, national bank, I switched to FFB, and I am so glad I did. The staff actually VALUES your business and realize there are many financial institutions from which to choose, so they go above and beyond for their customers. Anytime I've had an issue, I always get a call back same day. Everyone is very super friendly, polite, and professional. I really like the ability to deposit checks right from my desktop, completely different than mobile deposit. I highly recommend small business owners look into it. Special shout out to Lyndsey Blanks and Heather Hate at the PCB branch for stellar customer service.

Priscilla and the other great people that work here took excellent care of me. It was my first time buying a new vehicle and they made sure that the terms and conditions were laid out simply. Extremely professional and courteous team that helped me with my account opening and set up. Starting a new business is really stressful and there’s always lots to do, but the team at FFB really took care of everything on the banking side. Furthermore, everything was fully digital, I never had to travel to/step foot in a branch (good in general, great during COVID). Really slick banking app with lots of great features. Consistent follow up to ask how I’m doing, if I’m happy, etc. etc. The kind of care and attention you expect from a small bank instead of one of the huge national banks. So far, so good!

I had a wonderful experience opening a new business account. Which was much needed after a not very pleasant experience with another large bank. I am so glad I took a chance and called First Federal from the advertisement they sent to me. They were very helpful, friendly and answered all my questions and concerns even willing to find the answers if they didn't know them. Thank you for showing me you wanted our business and reminding me good customer service does still exist.

So why do you pick one Bank over another Bank? After all aren't all Banks the same? People!! That's how we pick because we know with good people comes good customer service. I greatly appreciate the outstanding customer service we get with FFB and Heather Hate! Everyone at the branch is great, but Heather is our normal goto. If you are looking for a customer first Bank give them a call.

We enjoy banking at First Federal Bank (FFB). Priscilla and the entire team at FFB Panama City Beach Branch are always very helpful and friendly. They go above an beyond to assist their customers. We have both personal and business accounts there. The FFB team has the highest level of professionalism and customer service we have ever experienced before in banking. I highly recommend this bank.
