I needed help finding a shoe that fit great. I have flat feet so I'm limited. Alex was amazing. She scanned my feet and brought out atleast 5 pairs of shoes for me and I was able to get a great shoe. Highly recommend this store. Very friendly service. Thank you.

I can only say great things about Sunset shoes! I came in with my daughter and granddaughters on a busy afternoon. We were greeted and personally helped the entire time we were there. I kid you not when I say we sent that young lady to the back for shoes multiple times for different sizes, colors and brands and she was never anything but nice and helpful! I left the store with 3 pair of On clouds and three happy granddaughters! This will be where we do our shoe shopping from now on when in Panama City!

Living in bay county my whole life and never came inside until recently when I bought some on clouds for work. Was having some neck and feet problems and these shoes has change my life. The staff was very helpful allowing me to try on a few pairs too see what would work the best. I highly recommend this store and would definitely be coming back.
