Despite what's going with Covid etc the tellers provide great service! I've had multiple accounts with them for many many years and have never had any issues with them whatsoever. Always friendly and courteous. If you handle your monetary affairs responsibly you will probably never have any issues. They have went out of their way many times for last minute requests I made. Love my bank!🙂

My father recently passed and I needed a lot of information as executor of his estate. I had the pleasure, and good luck of Lyndsey Blanks calling me as the next customer to her office. She went above and beyond to assist me even though it took a fair amount of time, she never tried to hurry me along. She was sharp, efficient, and very gracious. I can't say enough good things.. If I didn't live so far away I would open up an account just so I could get that great service on a daily basis.. Keep up the good work. Suntrust is very lucky to have her at the helm...

5 star in every way except no branch in PCB! This has been really inconvenient for me and everyone I know who banks at SunTrust. When I first moved here there was one on Middle Beach Road but it closed with no explanation as to why! I hope there will be another one on the beach side soon!😞

Easy access. Few locations.

The tellers are nice, but a Sun Trust account mananger told me they only deal with investment accounts of 100k or more, others just get a number in Atlanta to do business over the phone. Will be changing banks soon after 50 years of service.

Very disappointed . My son an I openned a savings account 2 weekk ago, and never got a card on the mail. So went to the bank , there were not an order for a bank card to b issue😮 On top of that the manager snap at me saying , ,,"I don't know I wasn't here"😮😮😮

When it was SunTrust it was amazing. Now that it's trust it is so bad. Friday afternoon 1 teller working drive thru 1 working lobby. Long waits customer service is not bad but staff up on Paydays. Should not have line to the door every single day. Please go back to Sun Trust

Gotta say one of the worst banks I've ever delt with..the on line banking app keeps kicking me off and I have to login again. Try call the local branch 4 times today no one will answer. Glad I didn't fully change over to SunTrust. I was hoping for a better experience.

I attempted to make a simple transaction, and Mary said she couldn’t help me cause she’s BBNT. At Suntrust? Refused service. The teller that helped me was nice and efficient though.

I came in on a Saturday to cash my payroll check, as it was issued by Truist Bank and I was out of town on vacation, and do not have a bank location there. The teller called over another teller, and they stood there chatting for 2-3 minutes without even speaking to me, messing around on the computer. The teller then proceeds to push my license and the check back to me and informs me that it’s not signed by anybody on the account, and they’re not going to cash it. I named the person who signed it, and without even checking the validity, she just said “well, we aren’t cashing it.” The least they could have done was see if that person was listed on the account, or even called the listed contact to check the validity of the check. Teller made a comment to the other that “this always happens on Saturdays”, I guess assuming I couldn’t hear her. So unless you want to be treated like you’re trying to cash a fraudulent check by rude employees, I suggest going elsewhere.

My daughter can not deposit cash in my account for me. They will not accept cash deposit unless she is on my account. I'm looking for a new bank now.

The first time I've tried to come to the bank in a year and they are closed because of an emergency. So I go to the one on Harrison and wait 20 minutes. I have a government check I need to deposit and get $300 cash back. They say they have a policy they cant give cash back on a check that is not from SunTrust. So here I am a SunTrust customer of 10+ years and I'm going to cash my check at publics. I will be closing my account with this half dead bank that hardly has any open banks anyway. Their name is misleading they call themselves SunTrust but they dont trust their long time customers.
