Larry is the absolute best! He and his partner both represented Whitehead Plumbing as true professionals providing top-notch service and exceptional work. I had an after-hours emergency during which my home partially flooded. Larry responded immediately arriving at my house in 20 minutes. He concluded the leak was likely coming from a broken pipe under the foundation and referred me to a leak detection company to pinpoint the leak. Once complete, Larry made returning to my home to perform the repair his top priority. Larry was very knowledgeable and explained everything they needed to do and even answered all of my questions along the way. He takes no shortcuts and completes high quality work. I will definitely request him by name for all future repairs. Hard-working employees like Larry are hard to come by…this man deserves recognition and a raise!

Whitehead Plumbing did a fantastic job. They installed a new hot water tank but we still had no hot water. That was when they discovered a slab leak under the dishwasher. Nathan and Matt came in and took care of that. They were very professional and handled the job in a very timely manner. Kudos again to Nathan and Matt for a job well done.

We had used Whitehead plumbing for a few small things in our home. Due to Hurricane Michael damaging our home, we needed to have major repairs to our plumbing. We knew we had to call Whitehead to take on this large job. Their staff showed up each day on time, and worked throughout the day until the end of their shift. They worked with us throughout the process, making sure we were aware of everything they were doing. The team was very professional and friendly, and they worked so well together. I want to make special mention of Rhett S., Ethan T., Toolsie, Dylan, Ethan M., and Daniel B.. These men went above and beyond to make sure their work was high quality and done the very best way they could. We are so grateful for their hard work and treating our home as though it was their own. Thank you so much Whitehead!!!!

I cannot say enough how very thankful I am for Whitehead Plumbing and for Larry. I have met a lot of construction related workers over the past 40 years but this company and this plumber is by far the best!! Not only does he show up early, keeps you in the loop every step of the way, but he gets his work done
while talking you through it without taking longer. If he says 45
mins and I'm done, you can bet it'll be on minute or sooner. The amount of experience he brought to the table, the people skills, and just the ability to be an amazing human during such a horrific time for my family as a result of unexpected water damage was just phenomenal. We needed to get a new hot water heater installed and they explained all my options and had me scheduled next day. Jesse was are technician and he was very professional and had no problem answering all my questions. Left the area he worked in cleaner than how he arrived. A+

I called and was given explanation of what they were able to do to fix the plumbing issue. I was placed on their schedule. They were able to come out the next day, fix the issues and were reasonable and reliable with their service. Highly recommend this company. Larry was the plumber who came out and he communicated well and did a great job.

We were provided with a very honest estimate and reasonable response time to have a new hot water heater installed. The company had an emergency with a retail store on the date of our installation which affected the schedule, but Larry came out and worked after hours that same day to make sure it got done. He was very knowledgeable and informative about the product. It was a great customer service experience.

Called on a Sunday and the call was returned within 10 minutes.
Larry came out and did a wonderful job and even gave me a few pluming lessons. Excellent service.

We had two technicians from Whitehead plumbing, come out to fix a slow drain in our art Co-op. Larry was great, very professional, and really seem to understand what was the problem and went to find the root of the problem rather than only fixing what we had called for. He was polite and kept us updated during the repair. Great service!

They have parts most box stores don't have.The prices are good and they are very helpfull

They used their "smoke machine" to find the source of the foul odor in my guest bathroom. I thought it was coming from the sink but it was actually from a totally different location. I purchased a new self-cleaning toilet from them as well. They installed it quickly and professionally. I am so happy that the odor is finally gone and my new toilet works very well. Don't hesitate to call them. My technician was George G., very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He got right to it and solved the problem quickly. They are not cheap but in my opinion they are worth every penny!
