Easy to locate , surrounded by all kinds of places to eat. Walmart nearby.
Rooms are clean and well maintained. Pleasant staff.

Very friendly front desk staff and the rooms were very clean. I would say the best part about the entire stay was the hot breakfast available in the dining hall. Eggs, bacon, waffles on a waffle maker, cold cereal, hot cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt and bagels as well as biscuits and toast if you would like. What more do you need to start a good day then an awesome hot breakfast and these guys have definitely got it.

Beautiful place very clean friendly staff. Even with Corona they put out a decent breakfast spread. My daughter was very pleased. Comfortable Beds and the Hospitaly Suite has been turned into a large room which is where we are staying. Very friendly gal at check in last night love her southern charm. Two thumbs up.

The king suite was absolutely amazing and for the price! Can't beat it. Hands down the best hotel in the area very clean and very spacious very good breakfast and very friendly staff. I would definitely visit this hotel again.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites for 1 night, over the 2021 4th of July weekend, once we checked in, check in was easy and quick, we paid for a reward night stay so it made it quick and easy to check in, customer service and front desk was very friendly and nice. The elevator door at the hotel was making a little rumbling noise like it’s about to break or something else. The elevator run fast and smooth but the door in the elevator is something to fix or worry. We stayed on the 3rd floor in the Hotel. The room was good, clean room, everything you needed, the restroom was clean, no problems, standard at a typical Comfort Inn & Suites Hotel. The only thing different was a crack in the toilet seat (the thing to fold down to be comfortable) the there was a crack in it and let the front desk know right away so they won’t make us pay for it, they said they won’t charge for it and they will put it in the log and they said it’s not our fault and they will have it replaced later. Overall, the Hotel Room was good, A/C was blowing a little low but perfect temperature, the temperature was good. TV was using DirecTV, there was 50 channels on there, they had AccuWeather for Weather, NBC, CNN, Fox News, CBS, local tv news and more. There’s also kids channels like nick and Cartoon Network and HBO channel and other entertainment shows. The beds were comfortable I fell asleep after 15 mins in them. Why the hotel is known for is Comfort, the beds. The living room we stayed was a suite so it had a little couch and coffee table, couch can be a little bed we can remove the pillows and pull out the couch bed. There was more pillows and blankets in the closet for the couch bed. Closet has coat hangers, iron and ironing board, and little shoe stack. Room was clean and everything was good, not lot of charging areas as they are hidden behind the table and beds and maybe the couches so be aware of that, there was 2 USB charging ports on the lamp near the beds and at the work area. It was okay, good view at the front where our room was at. Microwave was good, little burnt spot in the Microwave. Fridge was good as well. 1st floor, pool was 5 feet and 15 inch big (the deepest part of the pool) Little area near the front desk to make coffee, hot tea, and get water and hot water. Fitness center was good. For breakfast was little disappointed, they only had Milk, Breakfast Sandwiches, Juice, and Cereal. It was okay. Wished they had more to add like yogurts and pastaries, hopefully they add more breakfast options there. When we checked out, we checked out around 9 am local hotel time. So far the hotel is okay, distance from Panama City Beach is okay, it’s far but if you want to drive far, this is the hotel for you if you want to save money and stuff, if you want to be near the beach and have good distance to Panama City beach, otherwise stay at a hotel near there because it’s a 15-20 min drive there due to traffic lights. This was my review of the Comfort Hotel here in Panama City area, by the time this review is posted, some things could be different if you stay here, hopefully you get to enjoy your stay as much as I did. My experience was great! My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. Rachelle at the front desk is wonderful! As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed. The rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I loved the Jacuzzi in our room. Thank you Rachelle.

As with all other Comfort Inns,our stay here was a very welcoming one. Very clean & organized. Customer satisfaction is a priority here. I felt staff did all they could to assure that we were satisfied & if anything was needed they would make sure to assist in a hat they could. Staff was very friendly & would take time to conversate with the guests. So far the majority of Comfort Inns or Suites have met our expectations. For that we thank u all so much! Very well skilled staff,awesome attitudes toward your responsibilities.

We had to switch rooms due to a restroom issue however it was handled quickly and we were moved to another room. The rooms were up to date, very clean, and comfortable. I enjoyed it.

The staff was absolutely wonderful and caring. We would reccomend this hotel to everyone we know! Had a 2 queen suite and was very roomy and comfy and they are animal friendly which was wonderful considering we had 2 ESA dogs and most places wont allow my babies. Had no problems with this hotel or its staff, everyone was courteous, coffee was hot, everything was clean, including quickly getting elevators dried up after people in the pool came through. Grab and go breakfast was good.

The Guy Ken that works over nights was amazing. He was really on top of things when someone came to ask a question or needed he was always there to help and got what you needed with a smile. Very Friendly guy we felt like family. In today's world it's hard to find hospitality like that especially when it's events like Thunder Beach and dealing with so many people and doing it all with smile. Not one complaint GREAT PERSON!!!

Went there for emergency services. Right across from the hospital. Great service from the manager, who really went above and beyond for us since we weren't sure how long we were going to stay. Breakfast was amazing. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Walking distance to many restaurants. Definitely look forward to staying there in the future.

Will at the desk had our check in ready when we walked through the door. He handled a special request we had expidously and with enthusiasm. And was very helpful with local resturants. All the staff were awesome. Zal at the daytime desk was also very helpful and diplayed a genuine concern for the quality of our stay. House keeping lady on third floor took ectra good care for quality experiance. Comfortable bed and newly upgraded bathrooms. Stayed here 2 years ago and had a great stay then also. We will return on next visit.

Will at the front desk was AMAZING!! So nice. I was in a rotten mood and he made my experience so much better. Such a nice hotel! Clean and comfortable. So happy we stayed here!!!!

Awesome place, the rooms here are clean and they smell good. The pool is warm and always clean. There is lighting through out even on the stairs at night. You definitely feel safe here

Great customer service. I needed to buy some tooth paste and a tooth brush but thankfully Will provided me one which made the stay even more enjoyable. I stayed in a king room and it was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

I love this hotel. Me and husband came back here to stay. Requested rm 224. When we got here the room was not ready they were still cleaning it. The front desk clerk was so friendly and helpful he showed us another room with dbl beds. Did not like he let us leave our belonging in there until our room was ready. So there was a leak in 224 they were willing to switch us over to another room last night told them we will wait for maintenace. Morning front desk explain to me this morning they were short a handy man and switch us to in orher room with no hastation. There just all friendly here even house keeping i love the second shift clerk he makes my night. Love the water he makes at night.breakfast is great. They make sure your stay is comfortable. And your happy and the prices on the room are great even if your not a choice member this will be the only we will stay whenever we come to visit. I recommend staying here everything is clean and the hotel smells so good even the rooms. Next time your in this area stay here. If anyone says they have had a problem here there lying. Your def pretty much waited on here and foot. O yeah pool is open 24-7 what hotel or 4 star hotel does that. Comfort inn and suites in panama city flordia thats who.

Very clean & staff was absolutely wonderful to me and with helping me with a minor setback it was completely handled accordingly.would definitely stay more...and recommended to friends/family & so forth.can honestly say the front desk had some of the friendliest workers I've ever come in contact with and immediately made me feel welcomed like we've known each other for years.(not just one but all of them).I give this hotel a definite without a doubt five stars just for that and the no issues with booking nor did they have any problems letting me extend my stay I didn't even have to check out nor rebook it.also for the cleanliness of the room it was a five star so I will be returning.
