You know what's the best thing about shopping? It's not just about buying stuff or going to any old store. No, no, no. The real magic lies in the exceptional customer service, my salesperson, Emily. She is an absolute gem who goes above and beyond to make sure I have the most amazing shopping experience possible. Her customer service skills are out of this world, and I couldn't be happier.

This store is a great place to shop. All kinds of good things available. The Price is in my budget for sum products. hover some items are not. If you can't afford the price for the item your looking for you should look at other locations for that product and price you might get it cheaper.

This Panama City Kohl's store is an extensive place to shop. The store is well laid out with its departments and offers an extensive selection of merchandise, which even includes pet supplies. The personnel are readily available to help and answer any questions that the customer might have. It is a pleasure to encounter them!

I was returning an item purchased on Amazon. Super simple! Handed my order to the clerk at the Amazon returns desk, showed him my return authorization on my phone, and that was it! He gave me my proof of return & I was on my way. Loved it!

We were vacationing in Panama City Beach. Nice to have a Kohls to go to. Store was nice, clean and everyone was friendly. Especially Fae in the check out area. Very friendly and made conversation with us while she was working! So refreshing to have a smiling face to greet us!

Make Amazon returns super easy. Always great prices. Who doesn't love Kohl's cash?? And when they have sales they have very big sales shirts and pants for less than $5.

My first time visiting Panama City Kohl's was a great experience. I was greeted by Isabel at the register. Isabel was very polite and helpful to assist me with what I needed. Isabel also checked me out when I finished my shopping. The store was clean and the associates were very friendly.

This location has been refreshed for 2019 and the new layout makes shopping faster & easier. The boys and girls departments have a large selection and the prices are a bit lower than many other stores in our area. The Mens and womens departments are very complete with a rather large variety to choose from. You can also find plenty of kitchen accessories and house wares, too. There are employees in most all of the areas and they do ask how you are and if you need anything. Prices are clearly mark and the store is very clean. At checkout they pretty much always give you Kohl's cash to spend like cash on another visit. When it comes to department stores, Kohl's is a great business model.

I love our Kohls here in Panama City FL, always helpful and I NEVER leave empty handed! Which isn't always great! Bit so many deals no matter when you go in, and taking Amazon returns, no matter if in original packing or not, is pretty great, another reason to get me into the store and shop! Lol! Genius

Kohl's has a great variety of merchandise for everyone. Using their credit card allows for significant savings if you are a frequent shopper.

I start a new job here very soon. Miss Belinda in the women's department approached me with a big smile. She took time from what she was doing, and helped me find things to match what I had already picked out. She also gave me her honest opinion on how the items looked. I really did appreciate that very much. She was very kind, friendly, and very helpful. Because of Miss Belinda I will be back to the store.
