Seeking a new dentist and my sister recommended this practice as she’s been using them for years! I was able to schedule and emergency visit as a new patient online late at night they called me the next morning and got me in that day! From the front desk to the hygienist to the Dentist bar none top notch. Educated me thoroughly and answered all my questions ( I had many). Gave me several options and made recommendations. I can’t speak highly enough about my initial visit. I can see why they have a banner saying the only dental practice in Bay County with 1,600 5 star reviews. They live up to their reputation. This Will be my new practice and I am transferring my husband to be their patient. Would recommend anyone. Very nice and professional staff all the way around. Much appreciated for helping me in a time of need. Being in the medical field myself great care and customer service is something I highly value.

Dr. Heidami and his staff were all so friendly and professional but also very personable, which makes me more comfortable. Speaking of comfort they are great about keeping you pain-free and what l appreciated the most was that they got everything done in one morning!

This organization was extremely professional and accommodating. All staff was a pleasure to deal with and gave me a comprehensive exam and identified those things I could do to keep my mouth and teeth healthy. 5 stars to both Savannah and Dr Heidami for the excellent and thorough cleaning and for Dr Heidami explaining my dental care going forward. Cleaning was done well thank you Savannah for doing such a thorough job. The doctor here is super gentle and friendly. I’ve been going here for over ten years great place. Their just real pushy about reviews🤣

The doctor was very very pleasant and thorough which is most important . He TOOK HIS TIME to examine the issues and make sure to find out the root of the problem instead just slapping a patch over it like most do. I was very impressed by the amount of time the doctor spent with me, the different ways he tried to figure out the issue and how open, considerate and adequate he was about possible solutions. The front desk was very helpful and the assistant was sweet and proficient. I wish I remembered every name to mention. This will definitely be my new primary dentist as I’ve always had a hard time finding a dentist who cares to save your teeth rather than one who has 4 patients at the same time and forgets what their doing. This was my first visit and I’m very happy with it. Thank you.

I am very impressed with Baytown Dental Center! From the front office staff, clinical team to the doctors. I have had my teeth cleaned my both hygienists, Cindy and Savannah. Both left my teeth feeling spotless and were very knowledgeable on how to maintain my home care. I am very impressed and look forward to my next visit!

Wonderful experience! My crown broke and was in urgent need for repair. Unfortunately, my tooth had suffered some decay and needed to be repaired- My decaying tooth was repaired and a new crown placed!!! All the same day! New crown fits better than previous one…. Updated 12/01/2023: I was seen by Savannah for my routine cleaning today, and she was awesome! She has a gentle touch, and talked me through everything she was doing. My teeth feel so fresh and clean…if you need a dental cleaning, go see Savannah at Baytown Dental.

I went to Baytown Dental for a second opinion and am so happy that I did!! The staff are both professional and friendly, and the dentist, Dr. A. Heidami is awesome! He really took time to listen to me and answered all of my questions. He is incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything in a clear, precise way. I highly recommend Baytown Dental and 100% intend to use them for all of my dental needs.

We are from Houston visiting our second home and a crown popped off. Everything was completed in one day from preparing the tooth to making a new crown. They make it right in their office…amazing. Worked me in right away and the crown fit perfectly with very little adjustment. I highly recommend. Everyone in the office is so nice. I may just have to come to PC for anything major. I have been at Baytown for probably 10 years but have only been a patient of Savannah's for a year now. She has given me recommendations to customize my dental routine that I have implemented and the staff can actually tell the difference. She is very sweet and I hope she will be at Baytown for a while!

I can't say enough good things about my experience at this place. My regular dentist referred me to a endodontist for a root canal and I wasn't having any luck finding someone who could see me relatively quickly, and considering I was in a fair amount of pain, this was obviously a problem. Baytown Dental Center is an hour away from me but they had excellent reviews online so I decided to give them a call. They were able to get me in for a consultation the very next day, and after evaluating, offered to go ahead and do the root canal then and there.
I had just had a veneer put on my damaged tooth a couple months prior, so I was concerned with losing it, but Dr. Heidami assured me he was do his best to save it, and if not they could make me a crown there on the spot.
I was nervous but the procedure was honestly quick and painless (aside from the numbing shot). I was shocked when they were done, and he saved the veneer!
Dr. Heidami and his assistant Kristen? were excellent and had a calming demeanor throughout the entire process. They are truly great at what they do. Also, big thank you to everyone at the front desk who were welcoming, friendly and did a great job working with my insurance and getting me in so quickly! This is truly an exceptional dental practice all around. I highly recommend!

Efficient friendly office. Professional staff. Very helpful. Caring. Uber clean. Stephanie, dental hygienist, builds trust quickly. Dr. Heidami is a skilled dentist. I appreciated their ability to fill the tooth instead of placing a CEREC crown, which is the only way to go if you need a crown. In/out the same day in about an hour in my case when I needed them. It took a bit of artistic effort to create my filling on a front tooth, so thanks Dr. Heidami. I’m very pleased with their care and pricing.

The staff is very helpful in helping you with any dental plan you may need also the doctors do a awesome job they made my mouth look beautiful

I had Stephanie as my assistant and she did so great with X-rays, not once was it uncomfortable, and she made me feel very comfortable to talk to her about all my dental questions. I had Savannah as my hygienist and she was very efficient and light handed, not a single thing hurt or was made uncomfortable! Also, made my teeth feel squeaky clean. From check in to check out everyone was so sweet and welcoming. The dentist I seen Dr. A was great at addressing my concerns and being conservative about what needed to be done with them and what can be done at home by me to help with decreasing the need for future dental work. All around great office!!

I called two Mondays in a row with severe mouth pain. They were able to get me same day both times! Dr. Heidami and Autumn and Allie were all so amazing! Will never go to another place. This is more than 5 star service!!! Thank you Baytown dental!

I, like a lot of people hate going to doctors/dentists or anything like that. From the moment I walked into their door, the whole Baytown Dental staff made me feel super comfortable. From the front desk, to dental assistants, and Rami Heidami they were all so kind and professional.

I had a root canal done on 6/5/23 and through the whole procedure if I felt any pain they would stop, numb me a little more, and wouldn't proceed until I was comfortable again. Even me who has a pretty large phobia of needles was able to make it through with their help. 110% would reccomend them if you're looking for a top shelf dental experience.

I want to personally thank Dr Rami Heidami for giving me the perfect smile with my dental implants. Baytown dental is a true family dental office with two outstanding dentist that happen to be brothers. From the first moment you are greeted with a smile from the front office to the professionalism of the technical skill dental assistants Elizabeth and Kristen or dental hygienist Cindy that assist or provide services with the best attitude and more smiles and plenty of laughter, you just feel at home. Dr Heidami is a special human being, a truly outstanding caring dentist. His vast knowledge, gentle and personable approach and thoroughness make him an excellent choice for anyone seeking dental care. Dr Heidami, You have really helped me out more then you will ever know especially during my RSV episode where you took time on your day off from a very special event to you to render dental services to assist my illness. I am tremendously grateful for finding Baytown Dental and its wonderful caring staff that starts with you and your brother.

Best dentist around! My kids have been going to him for at least 8 years. The office and dentist always make us feel welcomed and explain each procedure in depth. I love them all!
