Kelly is the absolute best!
This is a fantastic salon, not only for the ladies but for men and children as well. I personally use Kelly Parish, she is crazy gifted with her scissors and knows how to put a smile on your face not just when you see the fantastic job she did on your hair, but before you even sit down in her chair! If you're looking for a NEW stylist with experience, you should definitely come by and have some "Kelly Kharisma" performed!!

I've been coming to Kelly Parish every winter for 5 years. I'm a snowbird and I'm so happy to have found her! I don't ever refer to her as my hairdresser but rather 'my hair artist'! Shes outstanding in everything she does. Remember her name Kelly Parish...you will not be disappointed and your hair will thank you!

Kelly Parrish is the bomb! Her customer service was way above and beyond! I am Rosie Hurt. I got a bad haircut in another shop and found Salon 23 West by googling hair stylists near me. I explained my situation to Kelly Parish and made an appointment with her to see if she could fix a bad haircut. I was sure Kelly knew what she was doing as soon as she was assessing my hair by running her fingers through it and lifting it. I told her I was in her hands and to cut it however she thought was good. I left that shop with my head held high with the best haircut I have had! She is amazing and her "can do" attitude was so refreshing and totally justified by her work. She also has a great sense of humor and it was fun to be there! You won't be disappointed and she is worth driving from the beach across the bridge to PC if you aren't in PC! Try it! You'll like it!

Kelly is amazing!!! I was a walk in and my hair was a mess!!! She colored, toned and cut it. I felt like a new person when I walked out!!! I love what she did with my hair. I now have a new hair stylist and a friend. She is such a sweetheart.
