I stopped in to check the price on repair today, and they’re super backed up for Xmas, but the jeweler fixed my chain on the spot anyway! Also, there was no charge! Very lovely ladies working here. Thanks again, and Merry Christmas!

Although I haven't added to my jewelry from their cases, the items displayed are really pretty. They do a great quality job on a range of jewelry and watch repairs. One of the repairs I was most impressed by was a one of a kind gold filigree pendant. I'd call it perfect work because you wouldn't be able to find where the work was done. I have had other jewelers decline to work on this piece due to delicacy, but Jewelry by John did just right.

Good attitude and seemed to be very truthful from the beginning and did a great job. I'll definitely be going back and would recommend to anybody that nerds jewelry or needs to repair - very reasonable prices.

Let my granddaughter go in to look for a necklace for her mother for christmas. When I walked in the lady explained to me that this was a jewelry store. I looked around and when we left my granddaughter said what did she think we couldn't read jewelry store. Went across the street and made a great purchase!

We took a $20,000 ring that had already been scored and appraised at Kirkland's jewelers in Dothan to them to see if they knew of a possible buyer. My husband took the ring in and the lady jeweler took the ring without asking to the back. The man talked to Jim about another piece that we had that was pear shape. When the lady returned the stone was swapped out with a smaller stone with a lot of carbon in it. Don't trust these THIEVES with anything. I was going to issue a warrant for their arrest but I am certain that they already erased the footage of us in the store!

Over priced fake jewelry! My husband and daughter had them specially make a pendant necklace for me with my kids names and birthstones. He was told the pendant was white gold but only the necklace is white gold and I can't even see part of my daughter name. I am extremely disappointed. I haven't even mentioned the best part. So we paid $964 for a fake pendant. That we could have ordered online for a 100 bucks or from Zales for $150. My husband was going to do all of his business with them but obviously that's not going to happen.

Do not do business with this company they will cherry pick through the repairs and put yours to the back of the repairs. Two weeks and nothing done picked up my daughters ring. There are plenty of jewelry repairs in Panama City. Thanks for nothing.

I have owned my anniversary ring since 1982. I have had it serviced every couple of years. I took it in to him to check diamonds, clean and build up my band because it had worn a little thin. Looked great when I picked it up. However within a month I had lost 2 diamonds out of it. I took it back to him and he said he does not keep records of repair work and does not warranty his work. DO NOT TAKE YOUR JEWELRY TO HIM. I am so disappointed.

Horrible customer service experience!!!!! My family and I have used this jeweler for over 30 yrs and I don't know what changed but I was spoken down too, he raised his voice to me, was literally on the verge of yelling at me. I will never give this company business or recommend them to anyone!!! Word of mouth is a small business worst enemy!

This guy said he would unkink my necklace. I came back paid picked it up still kinked.. Went directly back in to get my money back.. Very rude people

Tried to buy an ash pendent for my mother. They wanted $350, found the exact same one on Amazon for $18.99.
