Firehouse Subs 23Rd St.

This was my first time at this establishment. I was welcome by 3 lovely ladies that work there. Tiana was very friendly and professional greeting me as I entered the door. I differentiately will be back. Restaurant was super clean and I loved that. Keep up the great job.❤

I am visiting out from out of town, and I stopped in for a sub and I forgot to mention that I wanted no cheese on my sub. They re-made it for me, no questions asked, and were very kind. I had to finish up some paperwork and sat around for awhile, and they have many regulars who they are extremely kind to. I can recall them mentioning how nice one of the regulars looked today. The ladies working today were awesome!

Came in for lunch during the week and they were slammed. They were so busy we considered going some where else. However, we decided to wait approached the register and ordered. The young man at the register was so polite and gave no sign at all of frustration or exasperation, even though I'm sure it was there. Our order was ready faster then expected and as we sat there and ate the place slowly cleared out. The whole staff there was very friendly and up beat. They worked so well together. It was a very pleasant experience and I just felt like they deserved a compliment.

Subs were amazing we got them to go but never made it out of the parking lot. Staff was very helpful and place was clean and comfortable. It gets better though, that evening i could not find my wallet but i often set things down around the house so nit concerned. This morning i get a mesaage from the manager they have it there. I had left the blooming thing sitting on the counter. The manager Carla took the time to find me and contact me so that ibcould pick it up. All i could think was this is how humans should be. What an amazing act of kindness. I was not even aware that i left it and a lot if damage could have been done before i did know but all of that was prevented because someone chose to be kind... Imagine if we all choose kindness . What a difference it could make..so thank yall for the amazinh eats and for the even better example.. much love and appreciation!!!!

Best customer service I have ever experienced in a sandwich shop. There were 3 girls working today (that I saw) and the place was SLAMMED due to impending storm. They were working so fast and it was obvious they were overwhelmed for the 3 of them, however they kept smiling, greeting people, and calmly apologizing for the wait. Not sure who they were but they deserve a bonus! Good job girls!

This place had excellent customer service. I called in a large order and Kaite helped me with a very friendly manner despite me being confusing. when I arrived five minutes later I could tell a large church group had just arrived and it would be a minute. However i quickly paid for my meal and Shawn offered me a free drink for the wait. I feel bad for accepting because they were so fast that I didnt even have to wait long!

Best sub shop in town - unquestionably! I've been a fan of Firehouse Subs since they opened the first area location in Lynn Haven a few years back. From day one it was truly love at first bite. The quality of food, cleanliness, friendly speedy service are 2nd to none. And this week I found out that their customer service is also second to none with quick and courteous service beyond what one normally expects in today's world. Would I recommend this place to my friends? Without hesitation.

I was so glad when Firehouse Subs opened their doors again on 23rd Street after Hurricane Micheal. There is a lady that works there named Hope and she is AWESOME ! She takes the time to make sure that you have all you need and is always happy . Thank you Firehouse and Thank you Ms. Hope.

I love Firehouse subs! I frequently go to the Lynn Haven and 23rd st restaurants and they have great food and great service. The employees are all very nice and respectful as well!!!

I want there for lunch and they were really busy. They quickly got everyone through the line and got them their food. I ordered the club on a sub. It was good. Messy but good
