Vianah Seamon is the most capable and qualified realtor you are ever going to find. Having started with a different realtor we were unsure of what to expect, but from our first conversation with her we were immediately reassured and knew we were in good hands. She was knowledgeable and helpful even when it came to buying as a military family. Throughout the process she kept in touch, answered all questions we had, and made sure we were getting what we wanted in a home. With the home buying process there are times when it can become a little overwhelming but Vianah took that burden off our shoulders, she even had a short term rental property we were able to utilize during our search for our home. She listened to our wants and needs and we ended up with a beautiful home. She made our first time buying a home simple and easy and we are grateful. Vianah is the only choice when it comes to real estate, with her extensive knowledge and resources any person will be more than satisfied with her service.

Vianah is hands down the absolute best relator in Panama City, Florida. When we bought our house in 2020 she went above and beyond getting everything sorted for us. Now that we sold our house in 2022 Vianah has once again gone above and beyond to help us during the selling process. She makes everything so simple to understand. I wish we could take her with us but I would 100% recommended Vianah to anyone looking to buy or sell

I'm a foreign buyer so I couldn't look at the houses myself so I always sent the address to Misty and she managed to drive by the property and take videos for me the same day, every single time. I think it's crazy that she always manages to take the time to do this so quickly- She is awesome, really kind and responsive.

As a first-time home buyer I had done some research beforehand but was really grateful for Vianah! We met by coincidence while I was selling a fishing rod to her for her husband. We found out she was an real estate agent and have been working with her every since. The process went so smoothly and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable about the process and was a great resource. She offered her opinion when I asked and helped me to consider things I hadn’t thought of. She sent me every home she felt was in our parameters. One day she sent me a house that we couldnt resist. My questions about financing and where the best escrot agent in town were answered promptly and honestly. We closed on our home last month and are hanging pictures and buying furniture as I write this. I’ll definitely reach out to Vienna in the future and I recommend her to all my friends and family! Wonderful brokerage to work for!

It has taken YEARS post HURRICANE MICHAEL to even reach this office. I'm in the Northern Area HARD HIT of Bay County. Finally got in touch with them, had an appointment scheduled. It needed to be the same day, & I hesitated but said ok, being as I NEVER know if ANY realtor will or will not show up, if they even do show up IF they even reply back to me.

SO...I guess as the market is sort of slowing down, the beach and town overbuilt, all the out of state people, and people in town not nearly impacted by the hurricane as I am/was and the problems with wifi and cellular also FROM HURRICANE MICHEAL - no. It didn't go well at all.

From the start, I even said, clearly DO NOT CALL OR TEXT ME IT WILL NOT WORK.

WELL....AT THE TIME SHE WAS TO ARRIVE, I LOOKED AT MY HARDLY WORKING VERIZON CELL PHONE AND SHE HAD TEXTED SHE DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO GET UP HERE.

I HOPE EVERYONE IS ENJOYING MY LIFE BECAUSE IT WAS DESTROYED BY A CAT FIVE HURRCICANE AND THE BULK OF RELATORS WERE CALLING OUT OF STATE AND OUT OF TOWN INVESTORS.

UPDATE: RUDE. SLANDER MADE ERRONOUS EXCUSE REGARDING MY COMMERCIAL RENTAL HISTORY WHICH WAS PERFECT. BEEN A HOMEOWNER 25 YEARS. ALLLL BECAUSE I COULD NOT UPLOAD DOCUMENTS. I FOUND OUT HOW RUDE THEY WERE ANYWAY BUT AFTER SEEKNG ASSISTANCE FROM AN AGENCY TO CONTACT THEM TO MEET THEIR DEMANDS HIS REPLY TO HER WAS “ we wouldn’t have rented to her anyway. She has a bad commercial lease history “ I PROVIDED THEM WITH AMPLE EMAILS OF THEIR FALSE ACCUSATIONS AND THIS ALSO COMES ON THE OREVIOUS EXCUSE ABOUT ONLY THEIR PORTAL BECAUSE THEY LOST THEIR DOCUMENTS IN HURRICANE MICHAEL. SI THAT’S A CONTRADICTION. VERY HURTFUL AND PLAIN RUDE HATEFUL PEOPLE- MY COMMERCIAL PROPERTY FLOODED! THEY STILL GOT PAID. I MOVED TO THE NEXT DOOR PROPERTY W/SAME OWNER. THE UTILITIES WERE A MESS BECAUSE THEY TURNED ONE BUILDING INTO 2. THEN THE FLOOD. THEY ALREADY KNEW THIS BEFORE MY REALTOR PICKED UP THE KEY TO GET ME IN FAST AND I JUST LOVED THAT LITTLE DUPLEX. (Now there’s a trailer sitting in the grass in the yard, a truck parked in the yard on the grass) Awful.
