Staff is very friendly, helpful, and professional. Went in to see if a watch could be repaired (which they are facilitating since I live in a market too small for watch repair shops). They saw my curiosity for merchandise and allowed me to browse without pressure.

When I expressed an interest in an area and brand, only then did a staff person patiently listen to my parameters for a gift. Still no pressure, but her expertise and familiarity with pieces helped me choose just the right gift.
