As soon as we entered we were greeted by on of the employees then as we were shopping she came up and explained sales they had and asked what we were looking for. Great customer service. My husband and I each found a pair of sneakers bought them and left. Overall great experience. We will be back. Oh and the new shoes are super comfortable to boot!!

Employees were very helpful, and the sales they had were amazing. They had bogo 50% off on select shoes and the clearance section had a lot to choose from. I must say, I'm happy with the prices on the clearance section. I will be back!

I love the quality and selection that Sketchers provides, however, you do pay for that quality. At the Sketchers Warehouse they have a large selection of regular priced and markdown clearance shoes to choose from so you can get that top quality item without the large price tag attached. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for in my price range.

In store service is great. Employees are always helpful. Unfortunately their online service is the worst I've delt with. Guess if I can't find what I want in store I just won't buy any shoes.

I went into our Skechers outlet in Panama City for very specific shoes for my elderly dad. The gentlemen that helped me led me to exactly what I needed and showed me the best options for him. He has a lot of falls and so I chose the slip resistant work loafers. I also tried one of the new easy slip on walkers with the shoehorn back. The outlet is huge and having them help me right away saved me a lot of time in the store. And Dad seems to like the comfort and fit. Hope they help him stay on his feet and off the floor! Thank you for the excellent customer service.

I had never owned a pair of Skechers until I moved to Panama City. I now own three pairs. They are very nice shoes and they support my feet very well. I'm almost 300 lb and shoes are hard to find to comfort me. I'm so glad that I purchased a pair.

Super nice and all the cool Skecher styles. Decent sale the day we went. Plenty of parking in a great location with energetic friendly staff that fits with the brand. Side note, wife and I both got the new max cushion shoes and love them and the new store. We will be back to buy again. Good job!

New store that is clean and well organized. Men's shoes in size 13 and 14 were limited to only a few selections and there wasn't anything larger than size 14. Otherwise, appears to have good variety and selection of different shoes, sandals, boots and socks.

The customer service was wonderful, I was returning sandals I ordered online from the sketches web site and was helped with the return and the staff was very helpful. I would have kept the sandals if they offered wide sizes in women's shoes.

My husband an I were able to find two pairs of shoes each! We usually don't get that lucky to one pair let alone 2 pair for each of us! WIN!! I'd highly recommend and the staff were wonderful and very helpful!

Great selection of shoes!

There was a shoe i wanted, but they didnt have my size. The staff went above and beyond to find my size at a store in a different state and are having it shipped. The staff and the district manager are amazing!!!!

Nice new store. Clean and well organized. Not many men's shoes in size 12 or larger. Only saw a few 12s,13s, and two 14s.
