Moved to PCB a year ago, and could not find an affordable eyelashes place I liked until...I went to Kelly. The place is clean. She is very professional and does an excellent job with my eyelashes. I cant tell you how many times I get compliment how naturals they look. Looking for someone? Give her a try....you wont be disappointed!!!

Great work! Perfect everytime. I've had a hard time since I had them done in San Diego finding anyone who could do them reasonably priced and not fall off the next couple of days.

Atmosphere is so pleasant. I love my lashes she asked if I had any questions, she explained to me how to take care of my lashes. I will definitely be going back.

I love going to Kelly for my lash extensions! She's so wonderful and careful and does an amazing job everytime! I have naturally short lashes, so she has really transformed them and I feel so confident with my lashes now!

Had my lashes removed (thorough and pain free), Kelly hands down is the best! Setup (room), aura and her professionalism made the experience enjoyable. Might I add she is funny... so I laughed throughout my appt. I am Australian but Panama City is soon to be home. This will definitely be my lash home! I totally recommend her to all!

My lashes are naturally blonde and medium length, so I really wasn’t sure how it would look with a darker, dramatic length. I was honestly surprised at the outcome and have been hooked ever since. Kelly is professional, and creates a very relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this place.

Decided to try lash extensions for the first time. I was nervous that they wouldn't look natural. Kelly was fantastic. She gave me exactly what I wanted. They look so natural! The chair was so comfortable I actually fell asleep. The free lip treatment (June special) was a great bonus.
