I go here every so often. There always seems to be different staff. Which doesn't bother me a bit.
But do not lose the staff you currently have because each one of them gave me an above and beyond experience. I came in last week for Valentine's day. Had to pick up a toy and some lingerie. First I got my toy. And the girl searched up and down the store to try and help me find what I needed. She was wonderful. And then after I picked out lingerie and checked out. The girl working the register was amazing. I didn't have to say a word. But she could read me like a book. She told me the one size fits all is really true. And it'll look amazing and stretches out how I need it too. And she was right! I wore my outfit in confidence because of her little hype up at the end of my transaction. Thank you guys. ❤

Good store the wife and I only go here for things related to. So ya idk why anyone wrote a bad review. Was perfect experience every time.

As I walked Thur the door I told the ladies I just read a whole bunch of reviews about you guys . One lady said I hope they were good. I laughed and said well see I knew they had movies they directed me into that area of the store. Being it was Christmas Eve . They were all ready to go for the evening. I have been in this store on many occasions. And everyone is extremely nice and very helpful. They aren’t shy about explaining and expressing the information about the items they sell. I love to go in an ask how do you use this a that. We have received the best retail experience. Even at the other 2 stores on the beach . It take the right people to work in this line of work . Ladies an gentleman keep up the great work an well see you soon Merry Christmas and Happy New Years

**Update** Decided to come back in an give it another shot. Each associate was knowledgeable about the products. Had a awesome experience! Some people can make or brake a situation. Thank you for a speedy response and talking with staff.
Two lady's walk in before me an don't get i.d. yet I do. The person behind the desk was very rude about it then wanted to follow me around. Highly unprofessional behavior. I've been here alot an had great service before this. I suggest managment speak with your staff about how to maintain a professional and respectful attitude at work.

I have been to all 3 stores and was happy that the Jenks Ave store is back!! The sales force is always very helpful and enthusiastic about their job. With curbside service, it's great they can take care of customers who might have an issue with being masked for whatever reason. The web site is good for browsing before going to the store(s) to get an idea of what you want.

Just went in today for some personal items and LOVED everything about this store! The wonderful people working there couldn't have been helpful and answered all of our questions! Their stock of items was massive and their prices reasonable! I highly recommend this awesome store!

This place is amazing! Great products great customer service ! No you cannot return or exchange anything but that is the chance you take when you buy these items .. I am glad that they do not take returns that way I know I’m not buying somebody else’s used lingerie or toys that they took home and brought back to the store because knows what they did with it .. too many people try to use stuff and return it and I don’t understand why because that is absolutely disgusting .. feel very embarrassed for the people tried to do so ... not to mention they have it posted everywhere no returns or exchanges ..

The ladies here were so friendly and helpful, i felt absolutely no judgement and they were excited to help me find what i needed. Very pleasant experience
