All the employees are super nice, there were 2 young girls handling the floor and I was so impressed, with their nice and helpful approach, they make a great team.

The store is very nicely stoked with all sorts of fireworks. I was so pleased to see the actual explosions with their QR display on my phone. That way we knew what we were getting.

They sent me really great coupons to use for New Years Eve! The staff were friendly and very helpful. Tons of options for purchase. Extremely happy with our experience!

I usually make everything that my family uses. This year with the move into the new house. I got a little caught off guard not paying attention to when the 4th of July was.

If I were looking to buy some display pyrotechnics. This would certainly be a place to go.

From the time we entered the building the Associates were attentive. Every employee was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of what we were looking for. Phantom fireworks has a wonderful large assortment of items and packages and always has good deals.

My husband and I go BIG for the 4th every year. For the last 6 years we have been coming to phantom and they have always been great and have awesome deals. We went this past Thursday and it was empty (which was nice because we had our 2 month old with us) and Tyler, the manager, went around with us the whole time and helped us pick out fireworks worth the money and helped my husband with the carts since I had the baby. He went above and beyond! Great service, great prices! Become a premier member, you will not be disappointed.

First time to the store in Cocoa since the Melbourne fire at their other location, great staff maybe even more of a selection than the one on 192 they helped me save a a good chunk of money on their specials great spot

Phantom fireworks had more deals and discounts than any other stores around. They even had first response discount!!! Amazing place and the staff was very helpful. Will never purchase anywhere BUT Phantom. Kat, the manager was extremely helpful and went way above and beyond. The prices have certainly changed since the pandemic and the old buy one get two free is surely missed. Phantom Cocoa has a huge selection over the Melbourne store.

Had a blast! Only complaint was that the pricing want clear. Had a budget of $300 to spend and when I got to the counter I was half way there... The 50% off wasn't labeled correctly. When I went to get more I had to exit and remake the line to get in fill out the paperwork and decided to go home instead....

We are new to Florida and we wanted to have a great experience for our first 4th of July. We tried a competitor down the street and had a horrible time with the staff. Then we made our way to Phantom and that’s were we hit the mother load! Not only did we meet the best staff but they treated us like they cared. They helped us through the entire process of picking out the right fireworks to make our 4th of July unforgettable! Thank you Kenny you were great! Very organized place. As soon as you walk in they have you complete paperwork for firework liability and purchaser character, then they ask if you're military or a first responder, if so, you are given a 50% discount. They have a large variety of fireworks to purchase from party favors and streamers to firework packages and individual large fireworks. The checkout was speedy and efficient. I highly recommend this store.
