Patti is an unbelievable customer service rep ! They have dragged me into the 21st century kicking and screaming. Needless to say I needed and need assistance on occasion. Her patience, friendliness, knowledge, and intestinal fortitude has consistently given me confidence in her and the company and helped me immensely. Thank you for picking top notch people.

Joe was awesome. I got a glass cover thinking I probably wouldn’t need that coverage haha Aruba 4x4 filled and thought my phone would be toast. These guys fixed me RIGHT up. I didn’t have to mail or anything. Stop by. Great service.

Yesterday I received exceptional patient and personal service from Topher at the Verizon store on Murrell Rd in Rockledge. I had an issue with Facetime on my new iPhone which required tech support from Apple. He could have just given me the 800 number for Apple but instead he partnered with me; letting me use his phone for the call to Apple while mine was screen shared with tech support. He assisted me in the discussion with the tech support person in ways beyond my ability. I highly recommend Topher and his shop as the place to buy new equipment as they don't just sell, but stand by you after the sale.

This is the best Verizon store around hands down. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They always take the time to make sure you are 100% satisfied. I just can’t say enough about how wonderful these folks are.

Got a new Galaxy 24 and Jeremy at Verizon/TCC was wonderful and did fantastic and helped me with all my questions. Great experience.

Topher and Candi are amazing!! I have been seeing them for a couple years now and they definitely deserve a raise!!!! They always treat me like family and make sure that everything they say is exactly what happens. Go see them!!!

Topher and Candi were the most helpful people I’ve ever spoken to when looking to buy a phone or even just looking for new features out of any phone company/store they were fast, they educated me on a lot of things I didn’t know, all while being very entertaining which is a plus. I really appreciate Topher and Candi for their help 10/10.

I joined the Verizon family a few weeks ago and got my new phone at this store. The experience was easy and quick compared to upgrading at my old carrier. The service was friendly also. However, I stopped in last Friday to turn in my old phone and asked to help pairing my Apple Watch to my new phone. The gentleman that helped me spent two hours updating and pairing my watch. He was so patient the whole time, I felt so bad taking us such a large chunk of time. I wish I had gotten his name. There was a woman also working who was also super polite and friendly. Kind people and service are so hard to find these days. Thank you so much Verizon!

Candi was so patient and helpful. We had lost a phone and Candi was able to recover nearly everything for us. All done in an hour.
