Lowe's Home Improvement

Stopped by the garden section to fill out my flower beds. They have a nice selection of annuals and perennials and all the plants looked healthy. Could use another employee at a register, the checkout line was quite long. Staff was helpful and friendly!

I would just like to point out the young gentleman you have working near your general hardware aisles. He was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable. He was quick to realize I needed some help. He helped give me various different ideas and approaches to the project I am working on and also it didn’t hurt that he loved, my floorlength mink coat. Bonus that he was very easy on the eyes lol. However, I do think he was stealing Cake 😜

This 5 star review is solely for Sarah, from the merchandising department. I’ve been looking to have plexi glass cut for the past 2 days and was unable to get hold of an associate to get it done. Ran out of time waiting day 1 came back day 2 and Waited around 20 minutes after asking for assistance. I asked Sarah and when she couldn’t get a hold of Dorthy due to her meeting, Sarah took the initiative, put her project on hold and provided A1 World Class Service to a guy just looking to spend his hard earned green backs with the Lowe’s corporation instead of local vendor or the Orange building across the street. This young lady needs a raise, promotion, and her well deserved recognition. I’ll be back in through out the year just to check on Sarah’s development.

We were provided exceptional customer service in the Lumbar Department by employee, David G. He took the extra time to cut a few pieces of plywood. He was VERY courteous, professional and helpful. Thank you for the assistance!!

Went in today to get some wood planks and asked Fernando from Lumber Dept to cut it for us. He did it right there and made it so easy! We were in and out! Keep up the good work sir!

I am an 80 yr old and came to your store on Battlefield Blvd this morning and bought a 4x4 piece a lumber and Mike in lumber helped me when he told me they couldn’t cut it for me he volunteered to help me and took a hand saw and cut the wood for me. Today that is hard to find. Great customer service.

Great for your fixing up projects around the house. Nice verity flowers and plants to spruce up your yard. Disappointed again they don't have veterans discount on everything in the store. Please stop the all self checkout.

Brandon Moss at the Pro Desk was extremely helpful and saved trips to other stores to pick up product that was in receiving. Excellent customer service and friendly.

I recently shopped for parts for our dishwasher and needed help finding the correct parts. Kenny, the plumbing department manager, approached me and asked if I needed help. I told him what I was looking for and he quickly helped me find the correct parts I needed. The parts fixed the problem and saved the need to hire a repair person.

Ordered 3 items all in stock, went to pick them up and the associates were so nice and helpful, they even loaded them in my SUV, will go back with that kind of help.

I have been doing a great deal of storm repairs these past 3 years and Lowes and the pro team folks are always there to help. Over the past 25 years I have done a great deal of home improvements and construction. Lowes has what I need or I can order items and have them within 3 to 5 days.

You start a project and you find these guys, Brandon, Ron, Sam, just a name a few, and you get advice and help and before your project is finished, you'll have made true and genuine friends! Friends who care about your project and even your person. I have shop many lumber stores and Home Improvement Center, I'd be hard-pressed to find any place that I have had better service than they're at Lowe's Home Improvement Center on Battlefield Boulevard. Lowe’s does a good job at keeping the store clean and stocked. I can usually find items where they are expected to be and the staff is pretty good about giving you “space while you shop” and not making you feel uncomfortable while doing it. They are pretty good about helping out when you actually need it.
