The entire staff from walking in is being helpful! These folks truly saved my day. In less than 8 hours I’m smiling again and these fit and feel better than the ones my 🐶 destroyed! Marelenin fit them perfectly in my mouth and picked out a case that matched my backpack. Hands down best experience I’ve ever had! Thank you for all your kindness and hard work!

They were wonderful. I had broken off a tooth on my implant and they got me in the next day, made me a new tooth right there in the lab and it’s good as new. And it was for a reasonable price. The dentists and everyone there were so kind and helpful. I would certainly recommend them !!!!

From the moment I made my appointment I knew I was going to be taken care of. Jenny at the front desk is so warm and inviting. She not only talks you through your worries she truly is the momma to the office. The entire office staff was so helpful. Emily the dental assistant was so sweet and patient. She was also very honest. The dentist himself really cared how you looked and felt. You can tell he took pride in his work and his staff. My first set was not 100% right for my liking but they would not let me leave till I was happy with my new smile. They brought in the team and we worked it out and I love them. I felt like they have known me forever. So glad I chose this location over Destin’s. I would 100% recommend them.

What an amazing blessing this group has been today! We took a dear elderly friend in to get another set of dentures because hers were broken. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted professionally by the staff (Shelby & Nathaniel) and shortly taken to the back for the appointment. The staff explained step by step what they would be doing. Our friend has an “extremely” sensitive gag reflex, which Emily patiently and compassionately worked through. Professionalism BIG TIME! I was totally amazed. When we returned later this afternoon to have her fitted with her new dentures, they were determined to keep tweaking until things were just right. Special thanks to Dr. Bowen, Shelby, Emily, Nathaniel, and Lydia. God Bless!

Dr. Bowen and his staff at ADI are the best! They were very professional, made sure I was comfortable during the surgery, and made sure I knew what was going to happen before, during, and afterwards. They were very friendly and always had a smile and especially loved Docs choice of music 🎶 😜 will highly recommend them to family and friends! 🥰

Today as a customer I was attended by "Marlenin". This was one of the better experiences I've had out of several visits. As I explained what problems I was encountering (biting my tongue while eating) I could tell that Marlenin was listening. She addressed the problem immediately, explained what they needed to do and how long the repair work would take. An appointment was scheduled for the next day. Dr.Bowen, is so kind, caring, and genuinely wants to help you, he makes you feel so comfortable, I usually get anxiety when visiting a dentist, but not with him. His hygienist that assisted me, is very kind, sweet, and caring. I highly recommend them, for the quality of care that I received. I give them 5 stars!

Had to go back for repairs. Everyone very friendly and helpful. After inspecting plate and telling me it needed refined and repaired at cost of $230.00. I agreed. Technician then came back in and said both she and the facility manager agreed it was not done properly 1 1/2 years ago when I purchased. She then said they would do everything at no cost to me. Needless to say I was happy. Went back later in day to pick up and was extremely pleased with another technician who fitted and adjusted plate. Have nothing to say but good things about Panama City FL office. Also front desk personnel were very friendly and attentive to all people who were in office.

What a wonderful group! After dads stroke in 2018 his cognition was much of a challenge. This office worked very well with dad. Shelby went over and beyond helping me file dads insurance to seek reimbursement. Lydia picked up on dad’s anxiety and hearing impairment, she made special effort to make him comfortable and relax and explained things to him visually before each step. Lydia then came to waiting area reassuring me dad was doing just fine. Explaining step by step procedures. Dr Bowen took careful observation of dad since he normally takes blood thinners. And reassured dad he would treat his expected pain. Lydia and the Dr.even assisted in walking dad to vehicle and buckling him in safe.

I went to Dr. Bowen for a second opinion. He is a gentleman and has a gentle empathic sole. He told me options and gave a referral to Dr. Paivia for general dental things. His practice is for bigger issues. The front staff is very nice too. Bring a jacket, their AC is working very well. Very good prices on their services. I highly recommend them, wish I would have found him earlier, would have save big bucks. No hidden padded charges either.

everytime I go there, the dentist is amazing, he cares and knows what he's doing, the staff is excellent, kind, friendly and efficient, I couldn't ask for me, I tell everyone I think this client is the best
