Yvette is absolutely amazing. I have called several times in the past few months due to an accident and adding a new car onto my policy and she was able to get everything that I needed each time that I called. I called again a few months later about my insurance increasing and she explained everything to me in great detail. Thank you Yvette for all of your help!!!

I have been with State Farm since I got my own policy. Information based on coverage and prices and different types of insurance are per person and situation so I can only speak from my experience with the agent and other employees. When I moved to Florida I went with Jim Dickerson's office in Panama due to his employees. They are all helpful, kind, and reliable. I appreciate the fact that I have access to someone, typically the same person, in the office who I can constantly go to about any questions I need. Jim Dickerson himself is knowledgeable and kind. Could not recommend them enough.

Becca Beasley is amazing! We had an issue with a claim that was going on nine months of not being settled- Becca had the issue taken care of in 1 week. She went above and beyond and because of that we have decided not to change insurance companies after 20 years because of her amazing customer service.
