Victoria was more than helpful! I was shopping for a recliner. I told her I needed back and neck support. She showed me a line that she recommended because of good quality and had features that I didn’t know I could get. She helped pick out fabric that went with my decor and explained the extended warranty which I bought. As we were going to check out she asked if I needed an area rug (I do), and showed me the display of selections. Unfortunately I could not take the time to shop rugs today but now I know where to come when I’m ready to buy. Check out was easy. I worked in retail for over 30 years and she did all the things that make a great salesperson!

My husband and I moved to Moyock, NC just over a year ago. We purchased 2 living room sets, about 2 months apart. One was in stock. The other set was a custom order, with recliners in the couch and love seat. We had a quality issue with the custom order. The sales staff, management and manufacturer were very quick and helpful! They resolved the issue quickly. I couldn't believe how pleasant and professional the entire team was! My sister and brother-in-law just bought a new house and are buying new furniture for their new home. I highly recommended they shop at Esprit decor!

Just purchased a sectional sofa 2 weeks ago. Jules, my salesperson was so kind and patient, taking me throughout the store showing everything they had in stock. No pressure sales. This isn't the first time I've purchased from them, and they are my go-to furniture store.

Wow! How did I miss this excellent furniture store right around the corner from me? No pressure sales staff, a huge selection of a variety of brands. We were able to design a sectional sofa which will fit in our living room. We got a great price for their Labor Day sale event. I can't wait to see it delivered!

I hit a snag with my last order of a dining room set, and they made sure that everything was perfect before the transaction was complete. The staff at Esprit Decor are top notch. We worked with Melinda (over several visits). She was friendly, knowledgeable and patient and answered all of our questions. Ricky was also helpful explaining the different mattress options. We appreciated that they were not pushy but available when we needed help. Wow, Esprit Decor and their delivery guys are simply amazing. My husband and I bought a large bedroom set with an enormous wardrobe weighing over 546lbs and when I say the fellas nailed it, they did an amazing job getting this wardrobe UPSTAIRS without a single hit. No damage to our house or furniture. They took their time and did it carefully. They amazed me! Ontop of the delivery guys doing an extremely well job, Courtnie and the staff at Esprit Decor are simply amazing people to work with. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Anytime I wanted an update they informed me of everything gracefully and our items even arrived before the expected date! Will definitely be shopping here again! And can’t wait for our next order.

We have shopped with Esprit Decor for at least 16 years. Everyone there has always been welcoming, efficient and great to deal with. In the last year amid Covid I was able to have carpet installed, purchase a sofa and 2 chairs and a bedroom chest mostly over the phone and had the best experience. From the president to the delivery people , all exceeded our expectations! Highly recommend to anyone !

From start to finish, we had a smooth experience with Esprit Decor flooring department! Chris was very patient as we looked at options and answered all our questions. Tim's installation crew, which included Tyler, Adam, and Steven, worked extremely hard and cleaned each area afterward. Their expertise is evident in the engineered hardwood floor in our kitchen and family room, along with the Coretec in our bathroom. Thank you, Esprit Decor!

I absolutely love this place as well as the staff! I needed help with picking out a lot of furniture for our beach cottage. I received a warm welcome and excellent service! The selection is fantastic. They actually made what could have been a daunting task a lot of fun! They listened to my questions and concerns and addressed them all. Melissa was such a big help. But I will add that I loved other designers who helped along the way as well! They are a perfect example of team players! I highly recommend!

After looking at a handful of shops, with a variety of quality/prices, we settled on an England Furniture couch from Esprit. The salesperson, Jules, was very easy to work with and handled our request to custom order a couch. England Furniture was a nice low/mid-their option that gave us made-in-America workmanship with the quality to last 10+ years. We got a quote from Esprit, along with 5 other quotes in the area from England Furniture dealers. Esprit matched a lower quote we received from another England Furniture dealer, and we couldn’t be any happier. The couch will take months to get here, however, that has nothing to do with Esprit. Once I receive the couch later this year, I will update this review.

We had a wonderful experience with Esprit Decor. Joe was the designer with whom we worked; he was so kind, helpful and patient. In addition, every single staff member we had contact with was wonderful. All of the furniture arrived precisely when they said it would. The two men who delivered the furniture were very nice and efficient.

An absolutely amazing experience! We went (with our builder) to select engineered hardwood flooring. The sales people and owner were terrific, the prices were very reasonable, and we were quickly able to find a floor we liked and within budget, and still have plenty of time left to find carpet. We will go back later to do furniture shopping. Great place!!

My fiancée and I ordered a sofa, chair, ottoman, coffee table, end table, sofa table, high top table, and bar stools from here. Went in the store not really knowing what we were looking for and came out having ordered everything we needed for our new home. The pieces we wanted had to be ordered, but that was expected, and we were given an accurate time frame. Our furniture is now in our new home and looks beautiful. The three best things about this store are the employees, the selection, and the showroom. The employees are friendly and greet you as soon as you come in the store. They are ready and willing to help you with every step of the furniture/design process. The employees are also very patient and not pushing when you need time to make decisions on purchases. The selection is wonderful; most furniture stores we visited had very limited selection and carried the same boring brown sofas. Esprit Decor had a huge variety of styles and colors of fabrics on their sofas. Their showroom is huge and has a large variety of pieces to see, touch, and try out before making any decisions.

You will pay a bit more but the quality is amazing. There is NO comparison to other discount furniture stores. The sales staff is well versed on their stock. You can special order as well. My wife and I have purchased several pieces and we are very satisfied. When we have company they are amazed at how the furniture looks as well as how well it’s made.
