My husband and I are truly grateful for Susan O’Brien, DVM and the entire team. Bruno became ill and Susan and her team were so gracious to get him in immediately. They were able to get him assessed and treated as well as thoroughly explaining his medication follow up treatment.
Susan always remembers Bruno and I never have to explain his history, she always remembers all his little ailments. We are so grateful we found Susan, I would consider her, and the team family, the way they care for the love of my life, Bruno.

We love Dr. O'Brien and her team. They take very good care of my girls and make sure they are as healthy as they can be. Truly grateful for their kindness!

What an all around wonderful experience. This is a Woman ran business with an all Women team, these Women have such kind souls and they are so loving to animals from livestock, horses, birds, puppy's and kitty's.... They will come to you or you can go relax in the beautiful office set up to feel like a cozy home! My fur baby gets way to excited to go see the Dr and nurses lol It makes my heart happy!!

My K9 Pax had watery eye. I sent pix to Dr. Obrien's office. She identified problem and made an emergency appointment that day. That's true concern. Entire staff, top notch

Dr. O'Brien and her team are truly unparalleled in this valley. They came in at 9am on New Year's Eve for an emergency visit with my pup, River. They swiftly took action, diagnosed, and helped guide us on next steps, all while loving on my dog and making her feel safe. They went above and beyond to get us set up at a state of the art animal hospital and transferred her records swiftly. We are blessed to have her in Eagle looking out for all of our 4 legged family members.

We love Dr Susan and her staff. We take our bunny there and they do a fantastic job with her. We had a “bunny” emergency today and they got us in right away and gave us peace of mind that she was in good hands!

Dr. O'Brien and her team are very knowledgable, caring and helpful. Dr. O'Brien has a lot of different ideas to help my elderly dog's back. It's very obvious that she genuinely loves to help animals and cares about them. I uploaded a photo of my 12 year old Pomeranian getting a 'fancy' laser treatment for his back :).

Susan is best vet me and my dog ever met. My dog Grace use to hate vet visits and it was always a nightmare to take her even for regular check up. But not any more, when we moved to the valley Dr. O'Brien was recommended to us by our neighbor and at the first visit Grace fell in love with Susan and love her ever since. Dr. Susan and her staff are caring, professional and dedicated to providing pets with the best care in the least stressful environment for them. We have had Dr. Susan come to our home when EVERYBODY needed care and brought them to the new clinic when it was more convenient. Dr. Susan has seen us through the loss of a dear and beautiful family member, the excitement of a wild and energetic puppy and the continued geriatric care of my 5th, 4-legged child. The new clinic is beautiful and designed to every detail to be comfortable for pets and humans. I can't recommend Dr. Susan and her staff enough - we wouldn't go anywhere else!

10/10 I can't recommend CO On-Site Veterinary Services enough!! It was our first time visiting a new vet with my cat, Penn, and the new cat room was just perfection--complete with toys and creature comforts to keep my boy at ease throughout, what could have been, a stressful visit. The staff was more than thorough and attentive, and I look forward to bringing my pets back for years to come! What a wonderful experience! Do yourself a favor and bring your babies here, you won't be disappointed :)

Susan and team are so great with my doodles! My little girl is a bit apprehensive. They are patient with her and gained trust before treating. During the pandemic they came right to the house for shots etc. We were able to do everything right in the front yard!
