J.D. and his wife are both incredible people. Their customer service is exceptional and J.D.’s knowledge is amazing.

We had problems with our truck while driving 1-70 home from CA. My husband called around 3pm and they said they would be willing to see us right away. I know this shop is incredibly busy, so the fact that J.D. dropped everything to help us is really incredible. He spent over 5 hours figuring out what was going on and fixing multiple issues. Our truck is running perfectly and we got home safe and sound.

Was hauling a trailer on the weekend when the check engine light came on unexpectedly and I didn't want to risk damaging the vehicle so I was glad they were open and willing to check the reason for the light on short notice right before they closed. They were able to reset the light and reassure me that it shouldn't lead to any problems for the trip this weekend which was a great relief. Will be bringing vehicle back for future maintenance here.

Had a serpentine blow at 8am on a Saturday, called these guys when they opened at 9am, and arrived by tow about 930am. JD and his team had us up and on our way home at 1130 the same day. Knowledgeable, honest, friendly mechanics!

We've taken all of our vehicles to Werks and they are great. JD and team do great work, are fair with their pricing and (maybe most importantly) are honest with what they have done/can do. Like every other business in the valley, they are short staffed and over worked. I'll see the business lights on and bay doors open well beyond what their business hours say they should open. So you need to exercise some patience when waiting for your vehicle and/or trying to get ahold of them. But the quality of work, pricing and genuine nature of JD and crew keep us coming back.

I'm not local. The radiator sprung a leak on the highway. By the time I realized it, I was in serious trouble. I was lucky to pull into Werks Auto around noon and JD worked hard to get me a new radiator, thermostat installed and back on the road SAME DAY! JD even did an additional test drive to make sure things were solid before I got back on the road to Denver. I really noticed how he helped me out in a pinch. Even though they were busy that day they made the time to get me all fixed up. They also didn't gouge me on the price and was very reasonable. If I lived in Gypsum I would take all our vehicles here. Expert service with small town service. Great job, Guys!

Great place JD was very helpful, a breakdown while traveling back to Florida set us back a week, he did everything he could to get us back on the road safely!

These guys have helped me with numerous repairs and difficult projects on my 4Runner, F350, and my wife's Chrysler. They are honest, fair, and do high quality work. They have helped me out of more than one bind. I can't recommend them enough. JD will give you the shirt off his back. We're lucky to have him in the valley.

My girlfriend and I had a flat tire and made it to Werks to find out they didn't carry our size. This was on a late day, 150 miles from hometown! The lady at the front desk let us hang and charge our phones and then suggested a shop down the road that just happened to have the right tire. Thank you so much for your professionalism and kindness!

Blowout on inside trailer dual. They pulled us in put on a new tire at a reasonable price. They knew we were on a time crunch,trying to get load delivered. Had us back on the road in 40 minutes and were really glad to do it. Good review got a great experience. Thanks guys

I broke down and was stranded. The good folks at Werks diagnosed my vehicle and had it ready to go in a very timely manner. They could have taken advantage of my situation but they didn't. My travel trailer broke down and I was advised to take it to Werks. There was a huge problem finding an axle for it. They kept at it and finally was fixed. He treated us fantastic and even though we live about 2 hours away, i will be taking my vehicles to him when possible. Outstanding service!!!!

I own a luxury limousine company and rely on JD and his staff to maintain our fleet. They have always provided excellent customer service and can often get me in and out very quickly when I have something that needs to be tended to immediately. I always enjoy spending time in the waiting room eating popcorn and practicing my Spanish with Fernando at the desk!! JD is very knowledgeable about all makes and models of cars which is really nice!

The folks at Werks were so wonderful with a recent mishap I encountered traveling through to visit my elderly father for Christmas. They helped me when no one else would and were professional, efficient and trustworthy to evaluate the problem, fix it and reassure me that I was safe to drive home again. I cannot thank them enough and am so grateful there are still people who step up in time of need.

Five isn't high enough. I would easily give JD and his crew a ten or higher. I called around 12 different auto repair shops between Silverthorne and Vail for an urgent/time sensitive repair and he was the only one who said, “we’re busy but bring it in, let us take a look”. So thankful he took time out of his busy day to help us out! Excellent sevice!

Up from FL working at national gypsum and truck decided to go into limp mode. Took it to Werks, JD and his guys jumped on it, got the parts ordered and had us up and running in 2 days. Prompt service, honest and dependable. Can’t thank them enough. Thanks again! 👍🏻

Great shop! My wife's car broke down and Werks was able to get it in and back very quickly. Had another problem shortly after picking up and they were able to fix in record time. Highly recommend them!

When we broke down 3 hours from home we were worried! However, we were sent to Werks and we very pleased to find great quality, service and honesty. We'll be using them again!
