Eagle River Park

I stopped at Eagle River Park for a rest while on a road trip, and it was a delightful experience. The atmosphere is lovely, providing a peaceful and scenic spot to take a break. The park is well-maintained, with beautiful natural surroundings that make it a perfect place to relax and recharge. Just beautiful. Like the small beach area as well. Must visit if in area and Love rivers. Life vests for kids were a nice add-on.

What a beautiful park! We've always just gone to the rest stop above it and never gone to the park that was right there.

Such a little treasure tucked right there, with a little white water beach and restrooms and bending machines. Beautiful River scenery, great place for dogs and kids.

We go back and forth on I 70 a lot and always stop in Eagle. Looking forward to this little treat! Especially in the summer.

It's just beautiful and great fun to raft,swim, and be able to body surffing ( you should be a really good swimmer).

Stopped here for some beautiful scenery. So peaceful. (Although the business wasn't open, so not sure how busy it can get).

Eagle River Park is a true gem. Its location is simply breathtaking, surrounded by natural beauty. The park offers excellent amenities and convenient access to the river, with cement pads on both sides for added convenience.

During our visit in late September, we were treated to an extraordinary display of fall foliage. Eagle is fortunate to have such a well-maintained river park in their small town. It's a treasure for nature enthusiasts and a perfect spot to relax by the riverside.

Great place for lunch, and play in the water. Excellent waves for SUP surfing!

We stopped by during the weekend. Previously we thought it was a private kayak instruction place. Wrong. This is the best and closest State Park! It’s large and the river is appropriate for little ones floating with life jackets or older kids and adults sliding over small rapids in inner tubes. There is a ton of shade and plenty of places for families or groups to hang out for the whole day. Bring a cooler and sun screen. It’s a beautiful place for families.

Nice place. Kids enjoyed it. Easy off and onto the freeway. Good selection for food in the area.

Best wave park in Eagle County! I'm a surfer, and it has 4 great waves suitable for riders of all levels. Great for surfers, kayaks, and tubers. Highly recommended if your in or around eagle!

This is a brand new facility. Night and day compared to the dirt lot that used to be there. It very nice and clean great place to stop for a nature break and to stretch your legs.

Nicely built landscaped water park. Great place for river SUP practice. Lots o river body boarders too...used to be semi parking but no more...
