Great FBO! If you are flying into Eagle County, the only place to rent a car is Go Rentals. They have your vehicle waiting planeside before your jet lands, and you leave it planeside when you leave. They take care of everything. Ask for Garrison, he's the best.

An excellent FBO that is well equipped for winter weather. They are very professional and friendly with a safe ramp. Excellent marshaling and they chock your aircraft immediately after shutdown. Vail Valley Jet Center has excellent communication between the front desk and the ramp. They also have a great relationship with the rental car agencies. Very happy every time we go there. They are without question, one of the best FBOs in the world!

I was so surprised to see the other two posts rating this FBO so poorly that I just had to speak up. Now let me qualify what I am about to say with the fact I am 69 years old and don't get around as much as I used to. But I have been a licensed pilot for 52 years and have owned three aircraft and I have, in my younger days, been around plenty. Quite simply put Vail Valley Jet Center is the best FBO I have ever done business with. Most of my reason for saying this has to do with their exemplary customer service. To the man (and woman) everyone was so interested in seeing to it I got what I needed. They made me feel special even though I arrived in an old beat up C182. Years ago I used to have a C310R (162 gal tank) and I never got that kind of wonderful treatment anywhere. Now some will say that $20 a night tiedown and $6 100LL is a little excessive (although they are very up front about the fact that self serve is only $4.15, a very competitive price), but you know what, you get what you pay for.
Funny story. The first time I was ever in this FBO was about 30 years ago and they were good then but not like now. On the day I was leaving I went to the desk to pay for my fuel. The girl retrieved the ticket and says "thirty six gallons, now was that a top-off?" "Yes maam" I replied. "Great" she says and pointing to about a dozen ball caps with the Vail Resort logo on them hanging up behind the desk, she adds "You get a free hat". A nearby Citation driver hearing the exchange says "I just bought 200 gallons, what do I get?" She asked "Was that a top-off?" "No" he replied indignately. So seeing an incident developing and eager to avoid it she says "Oh, we'll give you a hat too". I thought he was going to ask for one for his FO too, but he didn't.

Decent service, way hetter thab the 'neighbor' at ASE airport.

It's the only way to fly into Eagle :) Great location and amenities and amazing people working here.

We have always had friendly, professional and prompt service. The catering is high quality.
