Really cool place with some homeopathic options. My vet called my prescription in here. The pharmacist took us into an office to instruct us on how to use the medication.

amazing people and customer service that easily rivals all others. they have a line that you can text and they will respond almost immediately. incredibly helpful and accomodating. i live an hour and a half from this pharmacy and when they heard that, they were quick to help me set up shipments so that i dont have to make that drive monthly. there was a bit of a complication with one of my shipments so i texted them, and the matter was resolved within 25 minutes of my initial text! thank you to all the staff of the compounding pharmacy!! 10/10!

I have been using Innovative Compounding Pharmacy for many years. They are so professional each and e every time I’m there. I often order my Rx online and their website makes it so easy to fill refills. The staff is the absolute best. The pharmacists are at the top of their field. I can’t say enough good things about this business. Great place to buy quality supplements also.

The tech and the Pharmacist were so very helpful helping me figure out how to get a powder prescription medicine into the right size capsule for my pet dog. They were not only helpful but very cheery. Love this pharmacy My pet had to take a compound medication for two years and I got it from this place during Covid and they were ever so much helpful

I have been getting my bioidentical hormones from Innovative Compounding for years and they are the best. Great communicators, teachers, care givers, scientists, and humans. I have never had a problem or a complaint in all the years they have been taking care of my prescriptions. They work with my doctor's office, have a great selection of supplements, and will take the time to get to know you and educate you on any of their products upon request. Innovative pharmacy has been absolutely awesome in making sure my dog gets his prescription medication before I run out. YES, they do make prescription medication for ANIMALS as well.. My vet diagnosed my dog with a malignant tumor & we're hoping that his medication will reduce the size of his tumor. My vet referred me to Innovative Pharmacy. This will be his 3rd refill & their personnel know the "life saving" importance for me to have his pills so as I NEVER run out..I'm very grateful to have them taking care of my precious little Yorkie's needs..

I purchased some professional grade supplements, and was attended to by a great staff. When I arrived they opened the door for me because I was in a cast, top quality service. The lady at the counter, Jackie, was very entertaining and a great person to come to with the questions I had, very thorough in helping me find what I need! Overall a great experience!

Very friendly and helpful staff. I order my refills on their website and have them mailed to me monthly. They always respond with a text message to let me know they received my request and are working on my order. I also receive a follow up email to inform me when they have mailed it to me. Great communication!

This pharmacy provides great customer service. The staff are super attentive and friendly and they have a texting system that they respond to right away, which is very convenient compared to calling, being on hold, or driving to a pharmacy to get an answer to your question.

Absolutely a god send. I needed meds for my tortoise and I was having a really hard time filling the scripts I got. It was going to be multiple days before I had them and I needed them now for a very sick tort. These guys right here said no problem and filled it same day. My heros thank you guys so much!!!

I go there a couple times a month to pick up my dogs rx. They are always so great, all around amazing customer service. Never had a complaint after a couple years!

They are the greatest and one of only a few compounnding pharmacies in Northern California, who provide treat medication options for your dog. I have a Yorkie with severe bronchial asthma and one of the worst cases of collapsed trachea UC Davis has seen. Without the treat option through Innovative Compounding Pharmacy, I would have already had to put my beautiful, sweet dog to rest. I love them for all their great custtomer service and, with the Rx treats needing to be shipped, they make it so easy. Call them, you will be so pleased you did.

They fill the order and text me when completed so I can pick-up at my confidence. They are always professional and ready to help with a smile.

Innovative Compounding Pharmacy is where I pick up pet medications for my very picky 15yr old female Parson Russell terrier, who has congestive heart failure. My Abby can pick out the tiniest pill from any foods I wrap around it (and I’ve tried everything). Instead of forcing 5 pills down her throat, my vet sends her prescriptions to the Compound Pharmacy. They carefully make them into liquid form then flavor in beef or chicken. Abby not only takes the measured out syringes of medicine, she actually waits for me to finish and takes her meds as if it’s a treat.
