Jessica made our wedding cake it was beautiful and delicious! She was so communicative through the whole process and really listened to what we wanted and gave us suggestions. She showed examples and was just all around helpful and kind! The cake was amazing and can’t wait to order from her again!

Jessica made our wedding cake this last march and it was stunning and delicious. The whole process of cake tasting, ordering, and pick up was so easy! She is an absolute gem and I highly recommend checking out her cakes and other offerings wedding or otherwise she does not disappoint!

On July 2nd 2021, just 3 days away from our last minute family getaway to Tahoe. I started to look for a bakery or a baker for my wife’s surprise birthday cake, with no luck after calling multiple people and local businesses in Sacramento and Tahoe, I came across California Flour wich is between Tahoe and Sacramento to be exact Placerville. I didn’t hesitate to message Jessica, she replied within minutes after I gave her my details and she was able to squeeze me in for an order not caring that it was a busy 4th of July weekend Jessica is a trooper, she right away knew exactly what I needed, she sent me size options as well as flavors options and recommend the right cake for my size of party! She was very responsive professional and so detailed on how to arrange my pick up, not to mention the cake was delicious it didn’t last a day! My family enjoyed the moisture and sweetness and how carefully was this cake made with, Jessica really puts her heart in soul to her work, THANK YOU Jessica you made my wife smile and better yet made my family fell in love with you cake! Flawless! Our cake for our son was delicious and perfectly executed! The fresh and organic ingredients Jessica uses in her cakes and specialty treats means we can always trust that our orders will be exceptional in every way. Her unique flavor combinations are to die for, truly a party in your tasting experience!

I first tried California Flour at the farmers market and was so impressed! Jessica is so sweet and you can tell she bakes all of her goods with love. The Baguette was perfect to go with our steamed mussels, and I can’t help but get a Confetti Cupcake every weekend we go! My daughter said it was the best cupcake ever! I also tried her Berry Corn Cake for Mother’s Day and it was a huge hit! Everyone really enjoyed it and wouldn’t stop talking about how unique different and delicious it was! Definitely a must try bakery in El Dorado County!!

There’s only one place to get all your cakes, cookies and desserts and that’s with Jessica at California Flour. Not only are her designs and desserts beautiful, but they truly are so delicious! She puts so much thought, work, and love to make her treats perfect. Thanks Jess for always being our cookie and cake creator!

Delicious cake and wonderful owner! Jessica delivered a perfect realization of our requested design for my husband's 50th. The Summer Sunshine was beyond yummy. Not too sweet and not too sour. I tasted the care with which it was made! She delivered and assembled on time. Most importantly, Jessica is kind, helpful and responsive. 5 star rating earned. So glad I found a local gem :) thank you again!

We hired California Flour for my wedding in June. Absolutely loved her she is the sweetest thing ever, no pun intended. The cake was absolutely delicious and better than I could’ve imagined!
