Definitely a must to dine in Beaver Creek! Great casual and affordable dinner spot with lots of flavor! Great post-skiing Mexican food - the al pastor and carnitas tacos were a hit. Friendliest server during our stay at Beaver Creek and quick service.

We have been going here for years, and the quality never disappoints. This time we got to sit at the counter because there was no table available but it turned out to be the best seat in the house. Watching executive chef Benjamin work his magic was really fun!

Definitely a must dine at Beaver Creek. This is some of the best Mexican I have had. The fajitas had everything you could want, and it was cooked really well. The chips and salsa were also really good. I would definitely recommend this place.

Hits the spot after being on the mountain all day. Waitress was super friendly and food came out quick for our large party. Gets crowded quick!

The food came out so quickly! And they offered us extra chips. Very grateful for this establishment after a long day on the slopes.

Coyote is still as awesome as ever. New general manager, a new staff, along with some of the veterans.

The new spacious design is fantastic.

Food seems to have stepped up a notch in overall appeal.

Have passed this place many times but never stopped and so happy we did! Food was tasty, service delightful, staff seemed happy, my only kinda complaint was how loud it was.

The nachos with pork are outstanding and so are the margaritas. The staff are all really nice, fun, and friendly.

Fun ski bar. Barbacoa is amazing! They get really busy but do their best, would definitely recommend to anyone. Servers very nice

If I could stop myself from eating the chips and salsa, I’d have taken a photo and uploaded it. But I couldn’t, so there’s a photo of tacos instead. The homemade chips and salsa alone were worth the stop at coyote cafe though.

Newly renovated and remodeled! Great local place to eat. We love our ski patrollers here! Delicious Marg's! New beers and food introduced to the menu. Come check it out!

The Rajas tacos were excellent! Our servers were awesome...very friendly! Lovely spot for a refreshment after a long hike!

Great food and great service. The bartender was very attentive. Can’t think of his name but he is from Mississippi. Very welcoming.

Came here for lunch and ordered the black and bleu salad. Excellent salad- fresh greens and the steak was cooked perfectly and was delicious- but I would recommend ordering the salad dressing on the side- it was a bit much for me. The waitress was really nice and helpful and the food came out really fast. We were in a rush and we were in and out of there in less than an hour. My husband really liked his burrito. Very reasonably priced especially for the area

Very tasty bite in between runs @ Beaver Creek Resort! A perfect powder day and some fantastic food, + our waitress was very nice.

I got the Chipotle chicken sandwich & my husband got a beef burrito. Super flavorful and not terribly expensive!

I enjoyed this place a lot. We ate outside, with a propane heater, and enjoyed the meal quite a bit. Our server was very cool and we had a great time talking to her. Wish I could remember her name all these months later, but she had been there for years, knew the place backwards and forwards and was awesome. Would repeat in a heartbeat
