OMG! The hippy nachos - superior taste, tasty chips, and always hits the spot after a day on the mountain!

We ordered tacos and quesadillas. Chicken, cheese and steak.....all 3 were excellent. Be aware, every single one of the sauces is VERY spicy. Even the ones that say "Mild" had our lips burning. But the food was excellent and the beer at Vail Brewing Company was excellent. I highly recommend you stop by when in Vail and try the Watermelon Beer over the summer!

Highly recommend! There is a store located in Minturn, or you can hit up the food truck next to Vail Brewing Company like I do. Both are fantastic.

Very tasty food truck tacos. We had visited the next door Native Roots store and decided to stay and have lunch since it was such a nice sunny day. So glad we did! Very friendly staff and very tasty street tacos. A variety of excellent salsas and sauces to try as well. Highly recommend.

Stellar tacos, tortas or burritos. Every option is bursting with flavors. Not to mention right next to a brewery. Doesn’t get much better than that. The tacos, burritos, and nachos were delicious. Such a great environment on a warm winter or summer day. Great drinks as well from the brewery.

My all time favorite. Love everything. I usually order white chick burrito or quesadilla. You can't go wrong with whatever you order along with your favorite VBC beer

This place is hands down the best food we have had in Avon/Vail. I was skeptical at first, it is a food truck after all. However we were blown away. The Carne asada torta was absolutely amazing, we even got a second one to take home with us. Stop here if you can, and don't let the fact that it's a small truck deter you, it's absolutely amazing!!

Out of every restaurant in Avon this little taco stand blows everybody out of the water. Best food ever.

Best Mexican food I've ever had in Vail Valley...in over 25 years! Ordered Chicken Burrito, Pork Taco and chips/guac to-go tonight and it was stellar...even after the 10 minute drive back to East Vail. Muy delicioso and muchas gracias! $$$ tip for y'all when I return.

This taco truck is amazing. From the food to the price, you will be satisfied. Places to sit and eat are plenty, and the atmosphere is relaxed. Dogs are allowed, which I personally loved because we have a well-behaved Rottweiler who loves to go places with us. We had our 1 month old with us and of course I had to change her but the bathrooms were clean and didn't make me cringe about needing to change her in a public bathroom in such a place. Food is wonderful and well priced. I recommend the chicken over the beef because of the way each is prepared. My husband had their white chicken burrito while I had their Carne asada tacos. The tacos were OK, but the burrito was fabulous! I'm not sure what the chicken is cooked in, but man, it is prepared deliciously, and it stews for a while, making all the flavors pop! The truck is very accessible and provides sauce and napkins, all with a smile. Give them a try!

Perfect spot to grab a drink with lunch. Tacos were filling and delicious! The bit of a wait was definitely worth it. It's hoppin for a reason!

Wow great food! We loved the carne asada so much going in for dinner and drinks at the Brewery that we bought quesadillas for breakfast the next day. Quality is excellent!

On a camping trip just looking for some food and run across one of the best vegan burritos I’ve ever had?! Had to go a second time on the way out of town because it was so delicious. Pair with a Dad’s root beer from Vail Brewing (or beer if that’s your thing) and you’ll have yourself a perfect afternoon.

Fantastic food! We came in from out of town and friends brought us here. We had tacos, quesadillas, nachos, guacamole, salsa and it was all amazing. We will be back next time we're in town for sure!! So good!

Yummy! We were exhausted from the drive up to Aspen after a full workday and wanted a good, quick meal that was easy to take back to the hotel. We got two tortas, one pork and one vegetarian, and enjoyed them thoroughly.
The flavors are delicious, and the creative combinations of toppings set this place apart from the competition. The sauces we tried were nice and zesty too.
What a perfect and relaxing way to end our busy day. Glad we chose Rocky Mountain Taco.

Amazing as always. Putting a Rocky Mountain Taco food truck by Vail Brewing was an absolutely fantastic idea. Try the green salsa it's flavorful but not too hot. I love that they have multiple vegan options.

BEST BURRITOS! I love the vegetarian options - the Hippie Crack is not your average vegetarian burrito. It's elevated. It has so much flavor. It's been cooked to perfection every time I've had it. It pair perfectly with the sauces - habanero if you want fire and chipotle if you want smoke. Definitely check it out!
