Brush Creek Saloon

This place is definitely somewhere you want to make a stop at. If your just driving through or staying, put it as a must stop. Food is amazing, prices are great and staff is awesome. Relaxing atmosphere .

A bit dark… Just like a Saloon should be at 12 in the afternoon. I found the atmosphere quite inviting. I ordered the green chili and pulled pork enchiladas for lunch. Truly, the best tasting enchilada I have ever had.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Brush Creek Saloon in Eagle, Colorado. I was there with my friend Matt, who is an absolute burger expert. He has tried burgers all over the world, and he said that the burgers at Brush Creek were easily in his top five.

The burgers are made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The patty is cooked to perfection, and the toppings are generous. I had the Cowboy Burger, which is topped with cheddar cheese, bacon, grilled onions, and avocado. It was absolutely delicious. Matt had the Brush Creek Burger, which is topped with cheddar cheese, mushrooms, and caramelized onions. He said it was the best burger he's ever had.

The service at Brush Creek was also excellent. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. She made us laugh, and she made sure that we had everything we needed.

Overall, I had a great dining experience at Brush Creek Saloon. The burgers were amazing, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was fun and lively. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great burger.

Decided to stop by for some afternoon food and spirits and picked this wonderful gem.
Shelby is a top tier bartender with a knack for humor, great service, and beyond personable.

I had the Hangover burger w/ sweet potato fries, my wife had the Brush Burger with regular fries. We left super satisfied. Will be back.

Stopped in Eagle on a site seeing drive and spotted this saloon. Many TV's and they helpfully switched the one at our table to the US Open. Ordered sliders and house salad that we split. Best burger I've had in a long time, the meat is the difference. large fresh salad with multiple greens and a variety of ingredients. They even had Modelo Negra, which is often hard to find.

First time here. Food was awesome. The chorizo queso was great. Penne paste and the Philly steak hit the spot! Glad we chose to come. Will definitely be back.

Great service, and great food. Brush Creek is in the heart of old Downton Eagle, and is easily accessible for anyone staying in Eagle. They have multiple tvs and great music. Overall, Brush Creek Saloon is awesome and I would definitely recommend it to anyone thinking about going.

The cowboy burger was top notch. The garlic sauce added on was amazing. Not overpowering and different than any other garlic sauce I’ve tasted. Everyone at the table got a cowboy burger and nobody had a crumb left on their plate. Awesome vibe and clearly a place the locals gather at. Will recommend to anyone I can!

So glad there was an eating establishment on a Sunday afternoon. Although it is a bar they do have a variety of hamburgers and appetizers that are sure to please. We did not have to wait as far as seat as you seat yourself. Also there are several TVs to watch your favorite games or keep your eye on that news.

Really great place to go have a Burger and a beer. I will say I did not order a Burger last time because it was lunch and the prices have gotten to be a little bit expensive. Really need to work on the price of that Burger otherwise awesome :) There's many people that are not going in just because of the prices. I'm not sure if you can find a more expensive cheeseburger
