Friendly local spot. The service is terrific, they have a good beer line-up, although I just had a Coors Light. Happy hour has a lot of good food choices, it also seems to run late from the lunch hour, I think it ends at 5:00. If you’re looking something with a laid back local feel this is a great choice!

Capitol Public House in Eagle, Colorado, is an absolute gem! The ambiance is inviting, the food is delicious, and the service is top-notch. But the real highlight of my visits has always been Dre's incredible cocktails. Dre is a true mixology maestro, crafting the finest drinks with precision and creativity. Each cocktail is a masterpiece, perfectly balanced and brimming with flavor. Whether you're a cocktail aficionado or just looking to unwind with a fantastic drink, Dre's creations will exceed your expectations. Capitol Public House is a must-visit!

Another GREAT option when we're down valley! The kiddo loved the fried chicken and pickles. The kids menu has some standard options, but we were most excited that there were some other options like teriyaki salmon with rice, fried chicken and pickles (housemade) and cheese tortellini, along with snacks like edamame and miso soup. The adults loved the Pub House salad that had the best raspberry vinagrette! The classic reuben was perfection! Our server was attentive to the needs of a kiddo and was on top of each detail throughout the meal. We can't wait to return soon!

Capitol Public House kindly let us reserve 4 large tables for our family reunion this past Saturday. We had 20+ people and the service, food and overall atmosphere Kim, our server, and John, the manager, provided for us was amazing! We’re so appreciative of their help and hospitality :).

The whiskey wall is surely impressive! I’ve been here a hand full of times already since it opened this winter and I will be back. Every dish I’ve gotten has been delicious. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The late night menu is great too, we have nothing open late so I appreciate this very much.

Our server Bill was really nice and friendly. Always checking on us to ensure we got everything we needed. First time eating in the new restaurant. Steak was great, beef stew was on point & the oven fired pizza was good. Our dessert was the heated cookie with ice cream & citrus sorbet.
Only recommendation I have is, add the cream to the citrus sorbet since it is very citrus and would bring a good balance. Love it and recommend it to everyone.

We had a great visit for my birthday! Lori was a wonderful server and recommended some great food. We got a delicious dessert of a pizzookie (pizza cookie as we call it). It was amazing. We will definitely be back!

Went for a Saturday lunch with my 9 year old daughter and couldn't have been more pleased. I ordered a sandwich combo and can't wait to go back and try more. Great diversity of draft beer. I'll look forward trying happy hour next with my wife! Service was on point, and better than anything I've experienced in that building. A great upgrade for Eagle!

After visiting CPH twice for lunch, I’ve been impressed both times! The burrata and brussels are excellent, and our experience was over the top, thanks to the intentional recommendations of Lori—she knows her food, and she gets people. Definitely request her the next time you visit at CPH! Can’t wait to go back soon and continue to explore the menu and the patio!

Expectations were high considering how great Wild Sage and Drunken Goat are. We had dinner here this evening for the first time and everything from the drinks, to the food and service was top notch! We’ll for sure be back.

CPH is everything Eagle Ranch has been waiting for. They’ve found the perfect balance between quality food that is affordable in a casual but warm and welcoming atmosphere. From refreshing salads, to cozy soups and to hearty burgers, we will surely be frequent flyers here!

I was so impressed with CPH! The food was so good. I particularly enjoyed the burrata and the beet salad. I've been craving the beet salad since I had it. A nice variety of food options to cover most diets including vegetarian and gluten free. The kids menu was more extensive than most including kid snacks which I love for my kids who don't always want to eat a full meal. I don't drink whiskey but my husband was extremely impressed with their list and was able to try a few things he'd never had. I loved the wine list, although limited, it had great options at completely reasonable prices. Don't miss having a meal at CPH! I can't wait to go again.

Bird the band Blue Ox boys play there great Bluegrass great atmosphere.

I ordered a pizza carryout and it was awesome. Can't wait to try something else
