All the cashiers are really nice the bar service is phenomenal. The male bartender is really kind and handsome.

Serving up them cold ones

I thought they had good food and drink options and both were relatively good. For those who say its overpriced, name one airport in the world that isn't. I've had a lot of delays at EGE and I'm glad this place is here.

Once you are in the terminal, you don’t really have much choice. Low quality and highly over priced.

The service was totally under pressure and once the food was ready, someone was shouting your name although you are sitting at the bar.

You can only sit at the bar if you order alcohol .

Was here yesterday and flights were getting delayed or cancelled because of the storm so there were lines at both food establishments. I waited in line here to get 2 bottles of water. After I ordered the bartender screams to the line “if your not getting alcohol go down to the coffee shop”, like honestly screamed so the whole line would hear. I was stunned and felt embarrassed, but I shouldn’t have been as there were Pellegrino on display so why would I assume I couldn’t order it there? It was the rudest things I have ever been a part of. The name on the receipt was Julianna D and she really needs a lesson in hospitality as she clearly doesn’t realize what line of industry she works in.

Not one table was bussed. Filthy tables and floor. No one helping the bartender but at least 5 people working between bar and store. Very poor.

Cashier not friendly. Food is over priced and low quality.
