Great trail with a lot of history! Incredible views along the way! Keep hiking into Bloody Canyon for great views of Mono Lake and both Sardine Lakes!

The Mono Pass trailhead is the gateway to some epic hikes. Parker pass is beautiful, and continuing on to the pass between Koip and Parker peaks affords spectacular panoramic views of the Yosemite high country and the Mono Lake basin.

One of the best trails for back-packing in upper Yosemite. The trail is at a higher altitude than trails further down in Tuolumne Meadows and is therefore less traveled. Once above the treeline, the views are stunning and the trail forks, giving you the option of descending into Bloody Canyon towards Mono Lake direction or tackling Koip Peak Pass.

Small parking area so go early! Great access to Kuna Crest and Mammoth Peak. Cross Country route can be very adventurous.
