Recently my parcel of land inside the Fairplay Viticulture Appalachian was listed with Mark Huber. He performed diligently. He went out of his way to provide me with a sale at the listing price or as close as he could bring an agreed contract to that price. As many of you know there was a serious fire in the El Dorado County area in 2021. Mark stayed the course and continued to show the property, as allowed, to interested parties. He also captured very favorable pictures of the parcel that presented its potential. We were always in close communication and Mark made the process easy and enjoyable.
