I’ve met two of the local managers and both couldn’t have been more helpful. When I approached them about matching a price I found elsewhere they were very professional about it. They checked with their regional manager and got back to me with a competitive rate. Place is spotless. Easy access. Really convenient for me. Seems very secure with each unit alarmed.

Representative was great with assisting me with my needs, and advised on how to get the most value for my $$$. Made it very easy for my daughter to store her belongings for the summer while coming home from college.

Rented from here while daughter was at URI. Best investment! Clean, temperature controlled and extremely nice staff. Definitely beats bringing stuff back and forth!

Wonderful people. Very easy process. Extremely clean facility. Buildings are well lit so you feel safe. Elevators available to access 2nd floor. Large push carts to move big items. Staff even called several days after rental just to make sure we didn’t have any questions or concerns. Will continue to use while our daughter attends URI.

Sometimes when you are shopping for a product, you look for "that feeling". Does it feel right? Is it secure and safe? Is it clean? Is the staff helpful? Understanding? I can answer yes to all of the above. The maintenance guy and the ladies at the front desk were all so professional and very helpful. The units were clean, the prices were competitive.
I would go back for all my storage needs without a doubt.
