Placerville Food Co-op

Great local shop and alternative to Whole Paycheck. Good prices and nice organic produce. Reminds me of my natural food store back in New Jersey :) Had everything we needed and a great bulk section as well.

I'm from out of town. I visit family in Pville.
Each time I'm in town I shop here. I have also been a member of co-ops for years. Always support when I am able. Some items I have not found anywhere else.
Keep up the great work.

As a minority owner I must say that I enjoy shopping at the co-op. The organic produce is competitively priced in relation to the bigger stores, sometimes less. The employees have always been friendly and helpful. The mixed juices are good also.

I am a frequent shopper here. It’s expensive but really nice to have healthy options close to home. I enjoy their organic salad bar and gluten free sandwiches. It’s a great place for healthy quick foods.

Love this place. Cute little place with great deli, homemade soups, sandwiches, and salads. Great for lunch or light dinner. Friendly staff.

Cute little market with a nice variety of groceries. They carry the gluten free/potato free bread that I usually don’t find most places and the food I got from the prepared food was really tasty!

I love to spend my money in local businesses and its great to have a place like Placerville Natural Foods in town that focuses on natural foods and is not owned by a major corporation or a bunch of stockholders. Great work guys, keep it going and thank you!

This place is great. They have a great selection of many natural/organic foods. They don't have a large amount of organic fruits and vegetables, but for the size of the store, they have a good amount. They do have many things I cannot find anywhere else in the area though: organic spices, bulk herbs, other bulk items such as goji berries, maca, and more, essential oils, herbal supplements, many different chocolates, a variety of kombucha, seasonal items, teas, sometimes local eggs, and much more. They also have a section in the back that has soups, wraps, and other ready-to-eat foods which are always really good (in my opinion).
The people have always been very nice and helpful as well.
I recommend this place.

Fresh veggies, high quality meats, and yummy premade salads. Stopped in for groceries on our way through town. Very happy with the selection.

They had local bee pollen for my allergies and nasal spray that had all natural ingredients, no sugars or lactose.

The people who work here are so nice it's a great place to shop. I would highly recommend this fine establishment to family and friends.

It's fun to change up lunch break and get hot eats here. Always yummy and fresh. Had turkey shepherd's pie with some quinoa and veggies.
