I popped in this morning with the intentions of just trying a couple things on as I was looking to upgrade my wedding band-- Alla cleaned up my set, and had me try a few things on, all while my wild kids were touching all over the glass; she absolutely did not HAVE to do that. I left to the other shop, and something told me I needed to go back. I purchased my dream wedding band because she was so sweet, caring, patient, and generous. 10/10 will go back for my jewelry needs!

My husband and I have purchased our heirloom wedding set there as well as other presents over the years and have continually found gorgeous jewelry at reasonable prices with fun service. I consider everyone at Randolph's a friend and look forward to greeting them whenever I pop in to look around or purchase another keepsake! For a recent anniversary we went in and found flowers waiting for me my husband had set up!! And a gift certificate too! This little, mighty store is one in a million!

Randolph's has done an impeccable job on every piece of jewelry I have brought in. (Including designing a necklace for my sister who lives in Boston, MA) The latest piece I brought in was an antique ring of my grandmothers that was a few sizes too big (size 11 and I'm a size 6) and Charlie worked his magic and the ring now fit's perfect. I've never been so happy with a jeweler. I highly recommend Randolph's to anyone.

My daughter found a great ring for her wedding. She felt like the setting was perfect she just wanted some more color in the setting. They went out of their way to give her exactly what she wanted at a great price. I was so impressed with their service we brought in some jewelry that needed repairs and they did a fantastic job on them. Thanks we will be back again.

Excellent jewelers! They're staff (Alex in particular) worked close with me by email, phone and in person to make my fiancées custom ring just the way we wanted it to be. They make you truly comfortable the moment you walk in! It turned into an amazing piece that I believe will be in our family forever.

After shopping around at several other jewelry stores - small ones as well as the larger ones - I found myself easily and happily giving my business to Randolph Jewelers. They were friendly, eager to help me with what I was looking for and easy to work with. All the other stores were either ridiculously expensive, did not have what I wanted or gave me the hard sale (which I hate). I wanted a Mother's ring and RJ had a variety of settings and quality stones to choose from. The gentleman I worked with took his time with me and helped me pick out the perfect stones for the setting I selected. I got the exact ring I wanted for a reasonable price and it was made for me within a week. This was about 5 years ago and I have worn this ring every day since.

The owners and crew members alike are very cooperative, I would never go to another jeweler. Their selection, service and attitude are steller. I can't say enough good things about them.

Several rings in my collection needed to be re-worked for a more modern look and I was totally happy with what they designed. This company does amazing work whether it be sizing, repairing or re-designing. They also buy gold and seem to be fair in their dealings. Fast and friendly service.....I would highly recommend them!

One of Placeville's oldest stores, I've come to rely on the entire staff from the creative designs by Charlie, the owner, and Marc who has such a great eye for creating the perfect piece, you can expect the very best when shopping here. This is the "go to" place frequented by many of Placerville's long standing residents to new folks just discovering the great shopping experience along Main Street for the first time. Do I sound like a fan? I hope so since I truly am. Enjoy all the creations at Randolph's and other wonderful shops along Main.

Very professional and friendly. They did a beautiful job fixing my wedding ring. While picking up my wedding ring, I took off the rest of my jewelry and they cleaned it at no extra cost. I will definitely go back.
