AT&T Store

At the Eagle, Co ATT store, worked with Nathan. Great service, above and beyond, outfitting another carrier’s phone with screen and camera connector, and a case. Nathan cleaned up the phone and installed everything better than I would have done.

I needed to get a phone several weeks ago. Claytie and Molly were so helpful and accommodating. The device required several updates that took considerable time. Throughout my wait time, both ladies kept me comfortable, answered my questions, and made me feel welcomed. Despite others needing their assistance, they constantly checked on me. I could tell their support was genuine! A wonderful experience. Highly recommend coming to this location.

The girls that helped me out at AT&T (Anita, Alex, Anna, and Molly) were absolutely amazing. The kiosk at Costco messed up my account, along with my whole family’s, and these ladies did absolutely everything to fix it. They were able to get my phone up and running while just being super nice and bubbly. It didn’t feel like I was running an errand, it felt like I was just over there hanging out.

I just got back from taking a friend to get her new phone activated at Active Communications in Eagle, Co. They work with AT&T, and that’s her carrier. And now I’ll say something I’ve never said before about the experience of going to a shop with a problem. I had the BEST time! A lot of staff were sick today, so the floor was being covered by Anita, the owner, and Kyle, the Office Manager from Basalt. He had to take a detour over Cottonwood Pass to get here because of the closing of Glenwood Canyon. So, they each had reasons to be grumpy, but they were GREAT! They were friendly, SO nice, and really good at what they do. Together, they gave the store a warm and even homey vibe. Other customers came in, and it didn’t take long for them to be in a good mood, too. Oh my gosh! I appreciated it so, so much! And, my friend’s phone is fixed and working perfectly. A lot of folks could learn about Customer Satisfaction from these folks. Terrific!

Once again, great experience. Ms. Kennedy helped me, very knowledgible and over the top helpful. Every time we hit a block she worked around it to get my new phone set up and transferred. Just another good experience in my ten plus years of being a customer of this AT&T store. From ownership all the way through staff, great place.

When purchasing my new Apple Watch from Ciarra at the Eagle Active store she was helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with me. She walked me through the set up and made sure I was happy with my new watch. She even suggested I get some new Apple AirPods to replace my old ones that weren’t holding a charge. Great sales lady!

Sky made opening a business account for me very seamless and easy. She was terrific to work with and helped upgrade our team to awesome new phones. I'd love to have an associate like her on my team!

we bought a new 14 pro at Costco. it would not activate and i was extremely stressed that i would lose my phone number as we had wiped clean my iphone 12. Claytie Crabb at the Eagle store saved me! she was a calming force, an expert in knowledge and wonderfully accommodating as I have MS. Please know how grateful i am.

Kyle was incredibly helpful at Active Communications in Eagle . He was able to get my husband a great deal on a new iPhone snd transfer everything off his flip phone. He was so knowledgeable and helped with all of his questions using his new phone. Best experience at an ATT store!!

Active communication provided superior service. Prior to upgrading my phone. Cassie reviewed my plan and saved me more money than the cost of the new phone.

We went into the store to get my husband a new phone and Kennedy who helped us was amazing. She went out of her way to point out that we were paying too much per month for our family plan and saved us $100 per month.

My mom and I came in the other day to upgrade our phones and Kennedy who was working that day was very helpful and informed us about the promotions going on. She was patient with us and made it a easy process!

The AT&T Dealer on Market St. in Eagle is the Cleanest, Most Well Organized, Well Stocked Store I’ve been in - in ‘forever’. Kennedy and Anthony are the best AT&T customer care persons I’ve experienced in many years. I’ve been with AT&T since 1991.
It used to be I would go to the AT&T Corporate stores for devices & accessories because the Franchised Stores never provided the expertise and products like Corporate stores.
Not any more - This local store provides what the corporations provides and more!

Honestly, I HATE change, I hate new cell phones and cell phone stores always lie to me and stress me out. This is the first time I've ever had a GREAT experience and I'm so grateful. Alexis was so kind and knowledgeable. This is probably the most money I've spent and I am actually happy this time!

Very helpful with the curbside assistance during COVID. The employees found what I needed in a timely manner and even helped when my coupon wasn’t coming up properly. Excellent service and kind gals abiding by all safety protocols. Thank you!
