Dillard's: Shops At Fallen Timbers

Always a good place to check out at least. Prices are a little high for me. But they have good quality clothes and accessories.

Best customer service experience that I've ever received, and it wasn't just one person. It was everyone I talked to in the store. We will be doing most of our shopping in this store.

Dillard's is always a great place to go for high quality cloths. They have a great selection, are VERY clean and inviting, plus the staff goes out of their way to help you.

Me and my wife just came in not too long ago to buy a winter coat for her, after not having any luck at other stores. We had no problem finding a great coat. In fact we had a few that we were choosing from.

Went in for some eye shadow to the beauty counters. Ended up spending much more. Had the most helpful young lady. Received great samples and bought 2 Christmas kits. Well definitely go back to the store rather than ordering online. It was A delightful experience

Callie helped us get dressing room. We looked lost ;) Complimented my daughter on the dress we got. She was very nice.

Great customer service, so welcoming. I went in to check out their fragrances- which was the first section as I walked in. Their selection was great, they had many perfumes I've been wanting to take a look at, even brand new ones (Good Fortune by Victor&Rolf) that I was surprised to see out. The salesgirl, Lauren, was incredibly kind and helpful. She answered all my questions, and its just always nice to chat with someone else who also enjoys fragrance. Will definitely be returning for major perfume splurges. Thanks again!

Large store very clean a little pricey but so is everything else.

OMG...I don't visit this Dillard's to often, but I did today. I was greeted...which was nice, then I was greeted by a very bubbly salesperson in the designer 👜 handbags. She was on her job. Extremely helpful...and in the end...I appreciated. Thanks Bailey. You were great 👍

Great customer care in the bra section. The representative was so attentive and helpful to me and specifically my daughter.

What a great experience. Every dept someone asked if we needed any help and if we didn't they let us be and weren't too far. The perfume counter had an awesome young lady working there (Sidney?). She helped me with finding a new fragrance, she deserves a raise.

I had a great experience at Dillard’s last month.
I hadn’t shopped there in a few years. Estela in the lingerie department was amazing! She was more than helpful; I felt she went above and beyond and not just with me as she had another customer who needed her assistance. I will make sure when I return there that she is available to help.
I was a bit disappointed w/ the shoe department. I wasn’t aware that it had become self serve. I feel like the good experience w/ Estelle made up for the lack of help in the shoe department.

Got makeup at Clinique. The lady helping me was so kind and friendly. Dillards is always so clean and nice. Hope it sticks around!

We had the most sweetest, nicest sales person in the lingerie department. She made shopping great and she deserves a compliment and recognition from her boss. Her name is Lori Taylor and I haven't come across such a kind person in a very long time!

I had such a positive experience in the cosmetic department this evening. The ladies were very helpful, helping me with the color that was best for me. At first there was only one lady then another came back from her break. They worked so well with each other. Am all in all pleasant experience. Will go there again for all my cosmetic needs!!!

The makeup consultants are amazing!! I wish I remembered the name of the one that helped me but she’s pregnant and due in February 2019 having a girl. She deserves a raise and promotion! Great tips and very helpful, I will be going back. Very good customer service throughout all of Dillard’s. Very happy with my experience. 5 stars!

Stopped in to get my son a suit. The gentleman ( Clint)that helped us in the suit department was great made us feel very comfortable and offered many suggestions. My son found trust in him and was very happy with the suit we walked away with. Customer service is not dead or forgotten. Thank you Clint and Dillards.

Really great place! So sad to see it so empty today though. Wanted to comment on an employee... (pregnant and down on her knees moving a heavy display, and audibly grunting, so she could vacuum under it) while her lazy arse fellow entitled employee nodded and smiled. We were sad for the pregnant lady, and if those in charge look at the store security video we bet you will reward the pregnant woman for her hard work, and not the lazy one. It was around 12:15 on Sunday Sept 29 2019.

I’ve had good experiences overall with Dillard’s in the past, but this was the first time I visited the Maumee store. Had moderate expectations. Eliott in Men’s Shoes was attentive, knowledgeable, straightforward, and most importantly patiently worked to help me choose the best option for what I needed re classic penny loafers and black oxfords. Suggested a great shoe polish as well. A real breath of fresh air for the world of customer service I’ve previously experienced as a shoe customer. Quite surprised and ultimately grateful. Expectations exceeded. Highly recommended.
