Cindy was so kind and helpful in the Beauty Department. I was shopping for my 14 year old daughter, and she was on point with all the current trends. It was awesome to feel so welcomed. Definitely will be back in the near future !!

Love this penny's. Always have a variety of sizes. Service is great. Only thing negative I can say about penny's is the phone customer service is somewhat non desirable. Pray they don't lose your order. Better yet, just shop in this great store

The checkout sales lady was just so helpful with helping us with our transaction. She made sure all available discounts we had eligible were applied. Couldn't ask for a better shopping experience

This place is clean, safe, and neat. The bathroom mirror may need updated in my opinion, but overall the women's bathroom looked clean. There is a large selection of apparel for all shapes and sizes. I love the clearance sections. Lots of deals going on. They also have a great deal on their credit, however, I did not take advantage of that due to my own credit. Great store and staff.

We've been shopping at penny's for over 50 years and it was nice to visit q store instead of rolling the dice and receiving something in the mail 5 sizes to small. The store was clean. It was about 40 minute wait at the cashier so that wasn't to bad compared to Shipping for 6 weeks.

Really liked the location. Outside of the city.

I came in about 30 minutes before a wedding... don't judge. I'm not a very sophisticated individual. I needed a dress shirt, tie and jacket. A wonderful woman, whose name i shamefully can't remember. Came to my rescue. Got me measured and picked out the most amazing outfit for me. I got several comments on how well I was dressed. I can't begin to tell you how grateful I am for her.

Come to this location with my Grandma who is 85 years old looking for a new winter coat. We asked for help from an extremely kind employee (I believe her name was Lauryn??)

We didn't end up finding a coat that worked for my grandma (she was getting tired - long day). But Lauryn was beyond helpful and even waited with my grandma while I pulled my car up to the building.

I highly recommend coming here to shop! Thank you kind employee from the women's department for all your help.

Great alternative to “woke” Kohl’s!

The employees are VERY informative and patient. The prices are terrific. Cannot say enough good about this store. Really great sales going on now. This is a FUN place to shop!

I am a very big fan of JCPenney stores! The staff are very accommodating and helpful. They really go out of their way to make sure they try to get you whatever you're looking for! The parking lots are clean, well-lit, and I feel safe walking back and forth to the store from my vehicle. Inside the store the aisles are spacious, lots of bright light, and mannequins dressed in modern fashions are strategically placed throughout the store. The quality of shoes and clothing and jewelry have always been exceptional. And they can tend to have great discounts and clearance sales. No matter what your age from newborn through a hundred years old I think I could find what I want at JCPenney stores with the help of their knowledgeable staff. And they are very affordable!

Great experience at the Fallen Tibers store location. I ordered items online and was able to pick within 10mins. They sent a phone reminder of my order...I browsed the store a bit and there was much on sale. Clerks present were very helpful and courteous. Store was vert clean and uncluttered. They have some great clearance sales going on right now.

Great location not near the busy area of mommy or anywhere else in the Toledo area. It's a great area to visit and shop brand new store relatively speaking so coming out here to shop is definitely worth the little bit of extra time if you are located closer to the mall. Prices are fair always check the website for coupons that's what I do.

My family and I were there to go to the portrait studio. My back began to hurt due to chronic lower back pain. A woman from the jewelry counter I believe her name was Mary; helped me out immediately. She got me a stool, offered me water and found out information for me for a chair rental. Her kindness really moved me. Reminds me there are still kind hearted people still around.
